 Ռուսաստանի հայկական սփյուռքի երեք տասնյակից ավելի գործարարներ աջակցում են Հայաստանի կառավարության բոլոր ծրագրերին, որոնք ապահովելու են Հայաստանի բարգավաճումը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նման հայտարարությամբ մարտի 25-ին հանդ ես եկավ «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի նախագահ Սամվել Կարապետյանը «Հայաստանի ներդրողների ակումբ» ոչ հրապարակային պայմանագրային ներդրումային ֆոնդի գործունեության մեկնարկից հետո:

«Ես կարող եմ ասել ինչպես «Տաշիր» խմբի, այնպես էլ մեր ընկերների անունից, ովքեր այսօր այստեղ են, մենքամենաակտիվ մասնակցությունն ենք ունենալու այս ակումբի աշ խատանքներում, ակումբի հաջողության գործում»,- շեշտեց Սամվել Կարապետյանը:

Անդրադառնալով վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի գործունեությանը՝ նա նշեց, որ վարչապետը դեռ շատանակնկալներ ունի անելու: «Ընդամենը մի քանի ամիս է, ինչ նա սկսել է, բայց ինձ նույնիսկ զարմացնում է ԿարենԿարապետյանի այսքան մարտական տրամադրվածությունը: Նորից ասեմ՝ մենք պաշտպանելու ենք, աջակցելու ենք, ևես վստահ եմ, որ մոտ ժամանակներս ամեն օր գոլեր են խփվելու»,- ասաց «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի նախագահը:

Նա շեշտեց նաև, որ առաջիկայում կատարվելիք ներդրումները հիմնականում ուղղվելու են էներգետիկայի ոլորտ: «Մենք փորձելու ենք արագ ներդրումների հաշվին աջակցել, որպեսզի կառավարությունը հնարավորություն ունենավերանայել սակագները՝ ի օգուտ նվազեցման»,- ամփոփեց Սամվել Կարապետյանը:

«Հայաստանի ներդրողների ակումբը» ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից գրանցված առաջին ոչ հրապարակային պայմանագրային ներդրումային ֆոնդն է մեր երկրում, որի նպատակն է ներքին և արտաքին մասնավոր ֆինանսական միջոցների ներգրավմամբ նպաստել ՀՀ տնտեսության համար կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող հետևյալ ոլորտների զարգացմանը՝ էներգետիկա, այդ թվում՝ այլընտրանքային էներգիայի արտադրություն, էներգետիկ և զբոսաշրջային ենթակառուցվածքներ, հանքարդյունաբերություն, հանքանյութի վերամշակում, սննդի և թեթև արդյունաբերություն: Նմանատիպ պայմա նագրային ներդրումային ֆոնդերը կարևոր տեղ են զբաղեցնում զարգացած պետությունների ֆինանսական գործիքների շարքում՝ հանդիսանալով տնտեսական աճի և տնտեսության տարբեր ճյուղերի զարգացման գործոն: 
Ֆոնդը, որի կառավարիչը «Ֆորա Կապիտալ» ՍՊԸ-ն է, իր գործունեությունն իրականացնելու է նոր և գործող ընկերությունների կապիտալի մասնակցության, պարտատոմսերի և անշարժ գույքի ձեռքբերման, ինչպես նաև փոխառությունների տրամադրման տեսքով: Անդամակցել կարող են ցանկացած իրավաբանական և ֆիզիկական անձինք, ինչը, ելնելով ֆոնդի բնույթից, պետք է հաստատվÕ « հիմնադրամի կառավարող ընկերության՝ «Ֆորա Կապիտալ» ՍՊԸ տնօրենների խորհրդի կողմից: «Ներդրումային ֆոնդերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի համաձայն՝ այդ մասնակիցների թիվը չի կարող գերազանցել 49-ը:
