Լյարդի հիվանդություններից շատերը սկզբնական շրջանում առանց ախտանշանների են ընթանում, այդ պատճառով հաճախ բավական բարձիթողի փուլում են ախտորոշվում: Սակայն կան մի քանի նշաններ, որոնք կարող են ցույց տալ լյարդի հետ կապված խնդիրները:
Նիհարելու անընդունակությունը
Չնայած ձեռնարկած ջանքերին, նիհարելու անընդունակությունը որոշ դեպքերում կարող է լյարդի խնդիրների հետեւանք լինել: Եթե «ամեն ինչ ճիշտ եք անում», բայց չեք նիհարում, սա բժշկի դիմելու առիթ է:

Լյարդի խափանումների մասին կարող են վկայել նաեւ մարդու մեզը եւ կղանքը՝ լյարդի խնդիրների դեպքում դրանք գունափոխվում են, մգանում, ձեռք բերում չափազանց կտրուկ տհաճ հոտ: «Գազավորված» լինելու եւ փորում մեծացած ճնշման մշտական զգացողությունը նույնպես կարող են վկայել լյարդում վատ պրոցեսների մասին:

Մշտական հոգնածությունը, ուժերի եւ տոնուսի անկումը կարող են տարբեր հիվանդությունների նշաններ լինել կամ ամենասովորական հոգնածության հետեւանք: Այդուհանդերձ, եթե ձեզ էներգիան չի բավականացնում ամենահասարակ գործողությունների համար, անհրաժեշտ է բժշկի հետ խորհրդակցել եւ հետազոտել լյարդը:
