«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Նախօրեին Արաբկիր և Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը հերթական անգամ՝ երկու ամսով երկարացրել է «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի անդամ Արամ Հակոբյանի կալանքի ժամկետը՝ մերժելով նրան գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակելու միջնորդությունը:
Դռնփակ դատական նիստի ընթացքում նախաքննական մարմինը, ըստ Հակոբյանի պաշտպան Դավիթ Գյուրջյանի, պնդել էր, որ ազատության մեջ մնալով նա կխոչընդոտի նախաքննության ընթացքին և կթաքնվի վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնից:
«Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի անդամը լուրջ առողջական խնդիրներ ունի: Պաշտպանի պնդմամբ՝ Արամ Հակոբյանը ենթարկվում է անմարդկային վերաբերմունքի:
Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի Շիրակի մարզի մասնաճյուղի ղեկավար Արամ Հակոբյանի առողջական վիճակը սույն թվականի փետրվարին կտրուկ վատացել է և նա ուղեղի կաթվածի (ինսուլտ) նախանշաններով, (աջ վերջույթների անկառավարելիություն և խոսակցական ֆունկցիայի խանգարում) տեղափոխվել է «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ, որտեղ ախտորոշվել է ուղեղի արյան շրջանառության խախտում:
Ըստ պաշտպանի՝ մեկ օր ներերակային ներարկումներ ստանալով՝ Արամ Հակոբյանը տեղափոխվել է «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց», որտեղ չի ստացել ոչ մի բուժում, այնուհետև, մոտ 6 օր անց տեղափոխվել է «Երևան-Կենտրոն» ՔԿՀ, որտեղ վերջինս ստացել է ներերակային ներարկումների 2 շաբաթվա կուրս: Ներարկումների կուրսից հետո վիճակը որոշակիորեն լավացել է, սակայն Արամ Հակոբյանի ոչ շարժողական, ոչ խոսակցական ֆունկցիաները լիովին այդպես էլ չեն վերականգնվել:
«Ցանկացած պահի Արամ Հակոբյանի կյանքին վտանգ է սպառնում: Այս վերջին մեկ ամսվա մեջ հետազոտություն չի իրականացվել: Համապատասխան հետազոտությունների անցկացման կապակցությամբ էլ խորհրդակցում ենք համապատասխան բժիշկների հետ, որ հասկանանք, թե կոնկրետ ինչ հետազոտություններ են անհրաժեշտ: Քաղաքացիական հիվանդանոց տեղափոխելու վերաբերյալ այս պահի դրությամբ չեմ կարող որևէ բան ասել, պետք է խորհրդակցենք: Քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի պայմաններն անհամատեղելի են նրա առողջական վիճակի հետ»,- ասաց նա:
Այսօր արդեն Արամ Հակոբյանի հարցի հրատապությամբ և լրջությամբ պայմանավորված պաշտպանական կողմը կդիմի Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան: Դավիթ Գյուրջյանը, որը պաշտպանել է նաև Հաց բերող Արթուր Սարգսյանի շահերը, կարծում է, որ Արամ Հակոբյանի դեպքը նման է Հաց բերողի դեպքին:
Արամ Հակոբյանը երկու վիրահատություն է տարել, որից մեկը գլխուղեղում ուռուցքի հեռացումն է եղել դեռևս 2014-ին:
Արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության բաժնի պետ Գոռ Ղլեչյանը մեզ փոխանցեց, որ Արամ Հակոբյանի մոտ, ըստ հետազոտությունների, սուր օջախային փոփոխություններ չեն արձանագրվել: Նա ստացել է սիմպտոմատիկ և թերապևտիկ բուժումներ, խորհուրդ է տրվել ամբուլատոր հսկողություն»:
