«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «ԱԺ ընտրություններին իշխող կուսակցության կողմից վարչական ռեսուրսի կիրառման դեպքերը երեկ ապացուցվեցին կոնկրետ փաստերով: «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորում» ՀԿ-ն հրապարակել է Երևանի և ՀՀ մարզերի թվով 136 դպրոցների և մանկապարտեզների տնօրենների հետ արված ձայնագրություններ, որտեղ նրանք պատմում են, թե ինչպես են ՀՀԿ-ի համար ձայներ հավաքագրում: ՀԿ-ի անդամները զանգահարել են այդ տնօրեններին, ներկայացել ՀՀԿ շտաբի անդամ ու հետաքրքրվել հավաքագրվող ցուցակների մասին:
84 դպրոցների և 30 մանկապարտեզների տնօրեններ մանրամասն պատմել են իրենց հավաքագրած ցուցակների մասին, և միայն 22 տնօրեն է բացասական պատասխան տվել:
Հատկանշական է փաստը, որ կատարվածը չի հերքել հենց ՀՀԿ-ն, այլ շտաբի տարածած հայտարարությամբ փորձել են արդարանալ՝ ասելով. «ԸՕ-ն չի արգելում ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին ներգրավված լինել քարոզչական և կազմակերպչական աշխատանքների մեջ աշխատանքային ժամից դուրս, աշխատանքային պարտականություններից դուրս»:
Մինչդեռ, «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորում» ՀԿ ղեկավար Դանիել Իոաննիսյանը պնդում է, որ նրանք հենց աշխատանքային ժամին են կուսակցական աշխատանքի ներգրավված եղել: «Ժողովուրդ»-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ կատարվածի առթիվ ուսումնասիրություններ են սկսել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը, ԿԸՀ-ն, ԿԳՆ-ն:
Իսկ սկանդալի կիզակետում հայտնված տնօրեններին հրահանգվել է այսօր առավոտյան ներկայանալ ՀՀԿ տարածքային նախընտրական շտաբներ:
Նկատենք՝ ցանկացած նորմալ երկրում նման բացահայտումից հետո իշխող քաղաքական ուժը ներողություն կխնդրեր, նույնիսկ դուրս կգար ընտրապայքարից, մինչդեռ Հայաստանում իշխանությունները ոչ միայն ներողություն չեն խնդրել, այլև առաջիկայում ջրից չոր դուրս կբերեն իրենց անդամներին: Անկախ ամեն ինչից, այս ընտրությունները կառանձնան իրենց այլանդակություններով՝ սկզբում նախընտրական բախումներ, հիմա էլ՝ վարչական ռեսուրսի կիրառում»:
