Կերակրի սոդան արդյունավետ ու հասանելի միջոց է, որն օգտագործվում է ինչպես կոսմետոլոգիայում, այնպես էլ խոհանոցում ու մաքրություն անելիս: Ձեր ուշադրությանն ենք ներկայացնում սոդայի օգտագործման մի քանի այլընտրանքային եղանակ:
Մեղմացնում է միջատների խայթածի ցավն ու քորը
Ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ կերակրի սոդան շատ արդյունավետ է մեղուների և այլ միջատների խայթածի դեպքում: Իր հիմնային հատկությունների շնորհիվ սոդան մաքրում է վերքը մրջնաթթվից և այլ վնասակար նյութերից: Պարզապես հարկավոր է ախտահարված հատվածին մի փոքր սոդայի և ջրի խառնուրդ քսել:
Մաքրում է բեկորները
Կերակրի սեդայի և ջրի խառնուրդը նաև հիանալի միջոց է մաշկի մակերևույթից անցանկալի նյութերն ու իրերը հեռացնելու համար: Օրինակ՝ կարելի է դրա օգնությամբ ազատվել մանր բեկորներից:
Նվազեցնում է քրտնարտադրությունը
Կերակրի սոդայի և ջրի խառնուրդն ազատում է նաև տհաճ հոտերից: Թևատակերի չորությունը պահպանելու համար այս խառնուրդը կարող է նույքան արդյունավետ լինել, որքան և քիմիական հոտազերծիչները: Ընդ որում՝ ի տարբերություն հոտազերծիչների, սոդան օրգանիզմին վնաս չի հասցնում:
Հանգստացնող միջոց ոտքերի համար
Ոտքերը հանգստացնելու համար կարելի է սոդայով ոտքերի վաննաներ պատրաստել (3 ճ.գ սոդա): Առավել լավ արդյունքի հասնելու համար հարկավոր է նաև այդ պրոցեդուրայի ընթացքում մերսել ոտքերը:
Մեղմում է այրվածքի ցավը
Արևային այրվածքների դեպքում սոդայով լուծույթը կօգնի մեղմել ցավը: Պարզապես հարկավոր է լոգանքի ջրին ավելացնել ½ բաժակ սոդա:
Օգնում է այրոցի և ստամոքսի հետ կապված այլ խնդիրների դեպքում
Կերակրի սոդան հիանալի անտացիդ է: Այն կօգնի բուժել այրոցն ու կարգավորել ստամոքսի թթվայնությունը: Հարկավոր է մեկ բաժակ սառը ջրում լուծել 2 թեյի գդալ կերակրի սոդա: Սակայն այս մեթոդը պարբերաբար օգտագործելու դեպքում հարկավոր է խորհրդակցել բժշկի հետ:
Բարելավում է շամպունի ազդեցությունը
Շամպուններին կարելի է մի փոքր սոդա ավելացնել՝ էլ ավելի լավ արդյունք ստանալու համար: Այս դեպքում վարսերն ավելի առողջ ու փայլուն կլինեն:
