Ադրբեջանի բանակում խնդիրներ կան: Դա հասկանալու համար ինչ-որ հավաստի տեղեկություններ պետք չեն: Բավական է նայել փաստերին:
Զորամասերից եկող տվյալների ամփոփման համաձայն՝ ոչ կանոնադրական հարաբերություններով պայմանավորված միջադեպերի քանակի ավելացման ֆոնին զորամասերից մեկում ծեծելով զինվոր են սպանում, արդյունքում այդ սպանվածը հռչակվում է հերոս, իսկ նրա ընտանիքը որպես պարգև ստանում է բնակարան:
9 օր առաջ Զաքիր Հասանովը կոլեգիալ նիստ է հրավիրում իր մոտ, որին մասնակցում են կորպուսների ու զորամասերի հրամանատարները, ովքեր խիստ հանձնարարական են ստանում հետևել բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակին:
Ահա այսօր Զաքիրը նորից մեկնում է առաջնագիծ՝ ծանոթանալու անձնակազմի ծառայությանը: Նրան զեկուցում են, պատվում, հարգում են, ինքն էլ կանգնում, ոգևորիչ ճառ է ունենում զինվորների առաջ:
Եթե տեղեկատվության միջից մաքրում ենք պաթետիզմը, ստացվում է, որ խնդիրը լուրջ է, իսկ Զաքիրը իր՝ կինեմատոգրաֆիայի նկատմամբ ունեցած թուլությամբ թերևս ապացուցել է, որ հարց լուծող չէ, այլ իր մոտ շատ լավ է ստացվում խնդիրը դիմափոշու միջոցով ծածկելը, ինչը Ադրբեջանում թե՛ հանրության և թե՛ իշխանության մոտ ընդունելի ու աշխատող տարբերակ է:
Մենք էլ ենթադրում ենք, որ բանակի բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակն այնքան էլ չի հուզում ռազմական ղեկավարությանը, այլ դրա պատճառով արված ծախսերն են ավելի խնդրահարույց: Այլ կերպ ասած՝ ոչ թե անհանգիստ են, որ զինվոր կամ զինվորներ են մահանում թիկունքում, ոչ առաջնագծում, այլ անհանգիստ են, որ այդ մահացած զինվորին պետք է ինչ-որ կերպ տեղավորեն, որ դրա պատճառով մնացած այլ կեղտերը չբացահայտվեն, և ինչպես տեսնում ենք, դա բնակարան է արժենում, ինչը Բաքվի շուկայական պարզ հարաբերության տեսանկյունից թանկ է մի զինվորի համեմատ:
