Հարություն Կարապողոսյան. «Քաղաքական գործչի մշակութային լինելն իր համար սկզբունքային հարց է»

ԱԺ ընտրություններում թիվ 4 ընտրատարածքում որպես ՀՀԿ ռեյտինգային թեկնածու առաջադրված անկուսակցական Հարություն Կարապողոսյանը առանձնանում է իր մարդկային հատկանիշներով՝ համեստությամբ, բարյացկամությամբ, հարգանքով դեպի մերձավորը, հարևանը, ընտրողը: Դատարկ խոստումներ տալ չի պատրաստվում. ընտրվելու դեպքում հանդես է գալու քաղաքացուն մշտապես օգտակար լինելու իրատեսական խոստումներով: Թեկնածուն առաջնորդվում է աշխատանքով ու փոխադարձ վստահությամբ ժողովրդին պիտանի լինելու տեսլականով:
Որպես օրենսդիր՝ ուշադրության կենտրոնում է պահելու մշակույթի, կրթության և սոցիալական հիմնախնդիրները, ծրագրային հայեցկարգերի միջոցով լուծման եղանակներ է փնտրելու: Նախընտրական քարոզարշավն իրականացնելիս, պարոն Կարապողոսյանը հատկապես կարևորում է «առանց փողկապի» բակային հանդիպումները, անձնական շփումները իր հարազատ համայնքում, ինչնպես նաև՝ այցելությունները մշակութային միջոցառումների, հանդիպումները մտավորականության ներկայացուցիչների հետ:
Կարապողոսյանը չի հավակնում պետական պաշտոնների. «Հիշում եմ, որ մի անգամ շարադրություն էի գրել, որ ես ինձ երբևէ չեմ պատկերացրել նախարարի կամ նման պաշտոնյայի դերում, որովհետև մարդկային տեսակս չի կարող պարտադրող քայլեր անել։ Ավելի դեմոկրատ ու ազատ եմ բնույթով։ Ինձ միշտ պատկերացրել եմ օրենսդիր մարմնում»,- անկեղծանում է Կարապողոսյանը։
Թեկնածուն նշում է, որ քաղաքական գործչի մշակութային լինելն իր համար սկզբունքային հարց է. «Եթե նույնիսկ քաղաքական գործիչը մշակույթ կրողը չի, ապա պարտավոր է հարգողը լինել»: Կարապողոսյանի անհանգստացնում է նաև պատմամշակութային արժեքների անտեսվածության հարցը, անպայմանորեն լուծելու է այդ խնդիրը:
