«Միր ԱՊՀ» միջպետական հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում Սերժ Սարգսյանը մեկնաբանել է Լոնդոնի ահաբեկչությունը՝ ասելով, որ Լոնդոնն ու Փարիզը բավականին մեծ միջոցներ են ծախսում չարիքի դեմ պայքարի համար, անվտանգության համար, սակայն ահաբեկչությունը մի բան է, որի դեմ պայքարը դարձել է շատ դժվար, և փախստականների անվան տակ Եվրոպա են մուտք գործում մարդիկ, որոնք ունեն բոլորովին այլ նպատակներ:

Լոնդոնի ահաբեկչությանը Սերժ Սարգսյանի այս անդրադարձը հետաքրքրական է՝ հատկապես նկատի ունենալով այն, որ Սարգսյանը մինչ այդ ցավակցական ուղերձ էր հղել Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Թերեզա Մեյին: Եվ ուրեմն ուշագրավ է, թե ինչո՞ւ է առաջացել այդ ահաբեկչությանը և երևույթին ընդհանրապես ևս մեկ անգամ անդրադառնալու անհրաժեշտություն:

Երևի թե կասկած չկա, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հարցազրույցի ընթացքում չէր հնչի պատահական կամ անսպասելի հարց, սա ընդհանրապես ընդունված պրակտիկա է նախագահական հարցազրույցների պարագայում: Եվ ըստ այդմ՝ պետք է ենթադրել, որ անդրադարձը եղել է հենց Սերժ Սարգսյանի ցանկությամբ, ինչն էլ ուշագրավ է դարձնում հանգամանքը:

Այստեղ, իհարկե, նշմարվում է Թուրքիայի ուղղությամբ բավական նուրբ ակնարկը, երբ խոսք է գնում փախստականների անվան տակ հանցագործների ներթափանցման մասին, քանի որ Եվրամիության կամ Եվրոպայի համար այս խնդրի հիմնական «խողովակը» կամ «կայարանային հանգույցը» Թուրքիան է: Երևանն, ըստ ամենայնի, նուրբ ակնարկ է անում Անկարայի հասցեին թուրք-եվրոպական հարաբերության սրացման և ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերության կարգավորման ֆոնին, որում կարող են լինել Հայաստանի համար շատ խութեր:

Ինչպես հայտնի է, ԱԱԾ-ն ներկրված զինատեսակի հետ առնչություն ունենալու, պատվիրատու լինելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալել է ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սամվել Բաբայանին, որը ՕՐՕ դաշինքի համակիր է և չի ընդունում իր մեղքը, իսկ ՕՐՕ դաշինքն էլ Բաբայանի ձերբակալումը համարում է քաղաքական հետապնդում:

Ահա այս ֆոնին Սերժ Սարգսյանը Լոնդոնի ահաբեկչության վերաբերյալ հանդես է գալիս, այսպես ասած, լրացուցիչ մեկնաբանությամբ և ընդհանրապես խոսում է ահաբեկչություն երևույթի վտանգավորության մասին: Սա կարո՞ղ է նշանակել արդյոք, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այդպիսով փորձում է միջազգային լեգիտիմություն ապահովել իր ներքին գործողությունների համար: Եվ այդ փորձը ունի պրոֆիլակտի՞կ բնույթ, թե՞ Սարգսյանը ստացել է որոշակի անցանկալի, դժգոհ արձագանքներ, և առաջացել է պատասխանի անհրաժեշտություն:
