ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարությունում մարտի 23-ին տեղի է ունեցել «Հայաստան. Հրաշալի երկիր, խելացի հնարավորություններ» (Great country, smart opportunities) ձեռնարկի շնորհանդեսը: Ձեռնարկը պատրաստվել է «Մեծ Քառյակի» (Big Four) անդամ «Քեյ Փի Էմ Ջի» (KPMG) հեղինակավոր խորհրդատվական ընկերության և ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության համատեղ ջանքերով: Այս մասին «Արմե նպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Նախարար Սուրեն Կարայանը նշել է, որ ձեռնարկն ընդգրկուն տեղեկատվական նյութ է Հայաստանի գործարար և ներդրումային միջավայրի վերաբերյալ: Նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ ձեռնարկը կարող է ծառայել որպես ներդրումների ներգրավման արդյունավետ գործիք` պոտենցիալ ներդրողներին տրամադրելով անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվություն: Սուրեն Կարայանի խոսքով՝ նման հեղինակավոր ընկերության կողմից պատրաստված ձեռնարկը օտարերկրյա ներդրողների համար վստահելի և արժանահավատ անկախ գնահատական է Հայաստանի ներդրումային գրավչության վերաբերյալ:

Նախարար Սուրեն Կարայանն կարևորել է «Քեյ Փի Էմ Ջի» ընկերության հետ ավելի վաղ՝ Կառավարությունում կնքված հուշագիրը, որով Տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարությունը կազմակակերպության հետ կհամագործակցի Հայաստանի ներդրումային ու գործարար միջավայրը ներկայացնող տեղեկատվական նոր նյութերի մշակման շուրջ։ Այս համագործակցության շրջանականերում նախարարն առաջարկել է ընկերության ներկայացուցիչներին ակտիվ մասնակցություն ցուցաբերել միջազգային տարբեր ներդրումային համաժողովներին։

«Քեյ Փի Էմ Ջի» ընկերության Ռուսաստանի ու ԱՊՀ մյուս երկրների գործընկերների խորհրդի անդամ Վիկտոր Ակուլյանը շնորհանդեսից հետո շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Սուրեն Կարայանին ձեռնարկի պատասրատման աշխատանքներում նախարարության ակտիվ ներգրավվածության և արդյունավետ համագործակցության համար։ Վիկտոր Ակուլյանը նշել է․

«Ուրախությամբ պետք է ասեմ, որ այս ձեռնարկի ներկայացումը Հայ-էմիրաթական ներդրումային համաժողովի ընթացքում մեծ արձագանքներ է ստացել։ Մենք քննարկումներ ենք ունեցել տարբեր պոտենցիալ ներդրողների հետ, որոնց հետաքրքրել էր ձեռնարկը։ Նշեմ նաև, որ մեր կազմակերպության գրասենյակը ԱՄԷ-ում պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել աջակցել և համագործակցել Հայաստան ներդրումներ ներգրավելու աշխատանքներում»։

«Հայաստան. Հիասքանչ երկիր, խելացի հնարավորություններ» ձեռնարկը ներկայացնում է ամբողջական տեղեկատվություն Հայաստանի գործարար և ներդրումային միջավայրի վերաբերյալ, նախանշված գերակա ոլորտների և առկա ներդրումային ծրագրերի նկարագրություններով` շեշտադրելով Հայաստանի մրցակցային առավելությունները, իրականացվող բարեփոխումները:

Ձեռնարկում զետեղված է նաև անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվություն տնտեսական ոլորտի իրավական կարգավորումների և գործող արտոնությունների տրամադրման համակարգի ատևտրային արտոնյալ ռեժիմների, մակրոտնտեսական և ֆինանսական ցուցանիշների, հարկային և մաքսային օրենսդրության, ազատ տնտեսական գոտիների վերաբերյալ:
