Լոնդոնի բնակիչները եւ հյուրերը մարտի 23-ին հավաքվել Էին Թրաֆալգարյան հրապարակում՝ հարգելու ահաբեկչական գործողության զոհերի հիշատակը, որը տեղի Է ունեցել նախօրյակին Մեծ Բրիտանիայի խորհրդարանի պատերի տակ: Հանրահավաքի Էին եկել հազարավոր մարդիկ: Կային նաեւ այնպիսիք, ովքեր եկել Էին ամբողջ ընտանիքներով, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Ակցիան անցկացվում Էր մեծ թվով զինված ոստիկանների ներկայությամբ: Թրաֆալգարյան հրապարակի երկնքում մշտապես պտտվում Էին ուղղաթիռները: «Լոնդոնցիներն աջակցում են միմյանց»,- ազդարարում Էր ակցիայի մասնակից կանանցից մեկի պլակատը:  
«Ալ Իսլամ» մահմեդական հասարակական կազմակերպության անդամները հանրահավաքի Էին եկել «Սե՛ր բոլորի համար, ատելություն՝ ո՛չ մեկին» պլակատով: Ինչպես հաղորդել Է BBC-ն, ելույթ ունեցողների ճառերում հաճախ Էր հնչում «համերաշխություն» բառը:  
«Մենք չե՛նք վախենում», «Մեզ չե՛ք վախեցնի». այս բառերը բազմիցս կրկնվում Էին Թրաֆալգարյան հրապարակում կայացած հանրահավաքում: 
Հանրահավաքում ելույթ են ունեցել Լոնդոնի քաղաքագլուխ Սադիք Խանը եւ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի ներքին գործերի նախարար Էմբեր Ռադը: Քաղաքագլուխը հայտնեց ահաբեկչի ձեռքով զոհվածների անունները. նրանք են՝ ոստիկան Քիթ Փալմերը, ինչպես նաեւ բրիտանուհի Աիշա Ֆրոյդը եւ ամերիկացի Քուրտ Քոհրանը:
«Ահաբեկիչները մեզ չե՛ն հաղթի: Այդ մենք կջախջախենք նրանց»,- իր ճառում խոստացավ Էմբեր Ռադը: Սգո հանրահավաքի ավարտին մարդիկ հազարավոր մոմեր վառեցին հրապարակում եւ դեպի Ազգային պատկերասրահ տանող աստիճաններին:
