Տուբերկուլյոզի դեմ պայքարի համաշխարհային օրն է. Հայաստանում ախտորոշումն ու բուժումն անվճար է

Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության որոշմամբ մարտի 24-ը նշվում է որպես Տուբերկուլյոզի դեմ պայքարի համաշխարհային օր: Այս տարվա կարգախոսն է. «Միասին վերացնենք տուբերկուլոզը»: Իրականացվող միջոցառումների նպատակն է համախմբված և արդյունավետ դարձնել տուբերկուլոզի դեմ պայքարը: Օրվա ընտրությունը պայմանավորված է 1882թ. գերմանացի միկրոկենսաբան Ռոբերտ Կոխի՝ տուբերկուլյոզի հարուցիչը հայտնաբերելու մասին հայտարրությամբ:
Այսօր տուբերկուլյոզը բավական ուսումնասիրված հիվանդություն է: Այն տարածվում է օդակաթիլային ճանապարհով, սակայն դրա զարգացման համար անհրաժեշտ են նպաստավոր պայմաններ: Տուբերկուլյոզով կարող է վարակվել ցանկացած մարդ՝ անկախ տարիքից, սեռից, ազգությունից և սոցիալական վիճակից: Ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ տղամարդիկ երեք անգամ ավելի շատ են հիվանդանում, քան կանայք: Նախորդ 10 տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանում հիվանդացության ցուցանիշը նվազել է շուրջ երկու, իսկ մահացությանը` երեք անգամ։
Տուբերկուլոզի ախտանշաններն են՝
•հազ` խորխարտադրությամբ, որը տևում է երկու շաբաթ և ավելի
•արյան առկայություն խորխում/արնախխում
•գիշերային քրտնարտադրություն
•երկարատև, ոչ բարձր ջերմություն (37-37,5°C)
•հևոց
•ցավ կրծքավանդակում
•քաշի կորուստ, ախորժակի բացակայություն
•ընդհանուր թուլություն
Այս ախտանիշներից մեկի կամ մի քանիսի առկայության դեպքում անհապաղ պետք է դիմել բժշկի: Տուբերկուլոզի կասկածի դեպքում առաջնային օղակի բժիշկը կուղղորդի մասնագետի մոտ` կազմակերպելու անհրաժեշտ հետազոտությունները: Հիվանդության ախտորոշման դեպքում կկազմակերպվի համապատասխան բուժում։
Տուբերկուլոզը լիովին բուժելի է, եթե ժամանակին հիվանդը ախտորոշվի և խստորեն հետևի մասնագետի խորհուրդներին:
Բուժման սխեմայի խախտումը կարող է հանգեցնել բազմադեղակայուն տուբերկուլոզի, որն ավելի երկարատև բուժում է պահանջում:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում տուբերկուլոզի ախտորոշումն ու բուժումն անվճար է, անգամ այն անձանց համար, ովքեր Հայաստանի քաղաքացի չեն, սակայն գտնվում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում:
