Ի՞նչ խնդիրների կարող է հանգեցնել երեխաների վրա բղավելը. գիտնականների բացահայտումը

Այովայի համալսարանի գիտնականները եկել են այն եզրակացության, որ երեխաներին հարկավոր է սիրել, և չբղավել նրանց վրա, քանի որ դրանով երեխան ավելի խորը սթրես է ապրում, որը կարող է հասուն տարիքում հանգեցնել անգամ ճարպակալման:
Հետազոտության ղեկավար Թոմաս Շոֆիլդը նշել է, որ դաստիարակության պրոցեսում կոպտությունը հանգեցնում է առողջության հետ կապված ֆիզիկական խնդիրների, և այդ պարագայում բացարձակ կապ չունի այն, որ ծնողներից մեկը ամեն կերպ աշխատում է «փոխհատուցել մյուսի ագրեսիան»:
Գիտական հետազոտության ղեկավարը իրականացրել է փորձ, որին մասնակցել են 12 տարեկան 451 դեռահասներ և նրանց ծնողները:
Հետազոտության ղեկավարները հետևել են այդ ընտանիքներին, մինչև որ հետազոտության մասնակից-երեխաները դարձել են 20 տարեկան:
Յուրաքանչյուր ծնող գնահատվել է ըստ կոպտության վարկանիշի, որի մեջ, մասնավորապես, ընդգրկվել է այնպիսի գործոններ, ինչպիսիք են ֆիզիկական ագրեսիան, արգելքները, որևէ գործունեություն պարտադրելը, եսասիրությունը կամ երեխայի վրա ձայն բարձրացնելը:
Պարզվել է, որ այն երեխաները, ում ծնողները նրանց հետ «դաժան» են եղել, տառապում են բարդ սթրեսով ու չեն կարողանում այն հաղթահարել: Ընդորում, նման դաստիարակության հետևանքը կարող է դրսևորվել մի քանի տարի հետո: Գիտնականների կողմից հայտնաբերված բացասական հետևանքների թվին դասվում են քրոնիկ հորմոնալ պոռթկումները, բորբոքային պրոցեսներն ու սրտանոթային ակտիվության նվազումը, ինչպես նաև ճարպակալման բարձր հավանականությունը:
Մեծանալուց հետո երեխան հայտնվելով սթրեսային վիճակում, փորձում է իր ապրումները քողարկել սնունդ ընդունելու միջոցով, որի հետևանքով էլ արդեն ավելի ուշ շրջանում չեն կարողանում սահմանափակել սննդի ընդունման քանակությունը:
Այդ պատճառով ծնողներին խորհուրդ է տրվում «դաժան չլինել» երեխաների հետ, եթե ցանկանում են որ նրանք առողջ լինեն:
