Սամվել Բաբայանը չի ընդունում այն, ինչում իրեն կասկածում են. պաշտպան

Երեկվանից Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում գտնվող ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Սամվել Բաբայանը չի ընդունում այն, ինչում իրեն կասկածում են։ Այս մասին Tert.am-ին հայտնեց Սամվել Բաբայանի պաշտպան Ավետիս Քալաշյանը, ով այսօր ներկա էր եղել Սամվել Բաբայանի հարցաքննությանը, որն արդեն ավարտվել է:
«Կարճ հարցաքննություն է տեղի ունեցել: Այն, ինչում իրեն կասկածում են, բացարձակապես չի ընդունում, ասում է, որ նման արարք չի կատարել: Մեղադրանք կառաջադրվի, թե ոչ, դեռևս պարզ չի»,-ասաց Ավետիս Քալաշյանը:
Նշենք, որ վաղը կեսօրին կլրանա Սամվել Բաբայանին մեղադրանք առաջադրելու ժամկետը, որից հետո նա կամ պետք է կալանավորվի, կամ ազատ արձակվի:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը հաղորդագրություն է տարածել ԼՂ պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Սամվել Բաբայանի ձերբակալության վերաբերյալ՝ նշելով, որ դա իրականացվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն «Իգլա» տեսակի զենիթա-հրթիռային համալիր տեղափոխելու փաստի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում։
«Կատարված քննչական գործողությունների և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում ստացվել են նաև արժանահավատ տվյալներ, որ նշված զենիթա-հրթիռային համալիրի բաղկացուցիչ մասերի ձեռքբերումը և փոխադրումն իրականացրած անձինք գործել են Սամվել Բաբայանի հետ ունեցած նախնական համաձայնությամբ և նրա պատվերով»,-ասված էր ԱԱԾ հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Ավետիս Քալաշյանը, ի պատասխան հարցի, թե Սամվել Բաբայանի շրջապատից այս գործի շրջանակներում այլ ձերբակալվածներ կամ բերման ենթարկվածներ կա՞ն, ասաց. «Տեղյակ չեմ: Կներեք, իմ պաշտպանյալի շահերից ելնելով՝ ես առայժմ այսքան տեղեկությունը կարող եմ հավելել: Եթե ավելին ասելու հարկ լինի, ինքս կասեմ»:
Պաշտպանը նշեց, որ Սամվել Բաբայանը նորմալ տրամադրություն է ունեցել, ընկճված չի եղել: «Անմեղ մարդը չի կարող ընկճված լինել»,-մեկնաբանեց փաստաբանը:
Հարցին, թե Սամվել Բաբայանի կարծիքով իր ձերբակալությունը քաղաքական հետապնդո՞ւմ է, փաստաբանն ասաց, որ իր պաշտպանյալն որևէ առայժմ այդ առնչությամբ որևէ կարծիք չի հայտնել:
Այսօր հարցաքննության ժամանակ Սամվել Բաբայանին տրված հարցերի թեման, ըստ փաստաբանի, նախաքննական գաղտնիք է:
