ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հանձնարարականներ տվեց բազմաբնակարան շենքերի կառավարման արդյունավետության բարձրացման
Այդ իսկ պատճառով ՀՀ վարչապետը մարզպետներին հանձնարարեց և Երևանի քաղաքապետին առաջարկեց համապատասխան համայնքների ղեկավարների հետ համատեղ 2-ամսյա ժամկետում ուսումնասիրել և կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել տեղեկատվություն բազմաբնակարան շենքերի թվի, դրանց կառավարման ձևի (համատիրություն, լիազորագրային կառավարիչ, հավատարմագրային կառավարիչ, համայնք), ինչպես նաև ընդհանուր բաժնային սեփականություն հանդիսացող գույքի (տանիք, նկուղ, մուտքեր, աստիճանավանդակներ և այլն) փաստացի վիճակի վերաբերյալ։
ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահին հանձնարարվեց առաջին կետով նախատեսված տեղեկատվության արդյունքներով 1-ամսյա ժամկետում կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել առաջարկություններ՝ բազմաբնակարան շենքերի կառավարման արդյունավետության բարձրացման, ինչպես նաև սեփականատեր-համայնք-պետություն (հնարավորության դեպքում՝ նաև ներդրող) համագործակցության շրջանակում դրանց ընդհանուր բաժնային սեփականություն հանդիսացող գույքի վերանորոգման և անվտանգ շահագործման մասով:
ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման և ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարներին, ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահին վարչապետը հանձնարարեց և Երևանի քաղաքապետին առաջարկեց 2-րդ կետով նախատեսված առաջարկությունները ստանալուն պես՝ 2-ամսյա ժամկետում համատեղ քննարկելով հանրապետության բազմաբնակարան շենքերի կառավարման ոլորտում առկա խնդիրների լուծման տարբերակները, ներկայացնել համապատասխան առաջարկություն կառավարության աշխատակազմ։ Միաժամանակ, քննարկման առարկա պետք է դարձնել համատրություններին անհրաժեշտ օժանդակության տրամադրման և միասնական հաշվետվողականության, պատասխանատվության և վերահսկողական համակարգի ներդրման հարցերը:
