Ըստ հաղորդման` քննիչն ապացույց է կեղծել առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության վերաբերյալ քրեական գործով

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության վերաբերյալ քրեական գործով ապացույց կեղծելու դեպքի առթիվ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Այսպես, ըստ քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված նյութերի` մի խումբ անձանց կողմից սպանության փորձ կատարելու դեպքի վերաբերյալ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում գործով տուժող Արամ Ա.-ն Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի քննիչ Միքայել Զ.-ի մոտ ցուցմունք է տվել այն մասին, որ 25.10.2015թ.-ին Հենրիկ Բ.-ն և Գևորգ Բ.-ն, ներս մտնելով բուքմեյքերական գրասենյակ, կրակոցներ են արձակել իր և ընկերների ուղղությամբ` պատճառելով հրազենային մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Սակայն 08.03.2017թ.-ին նույն քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում Արման Ա.-ն հրաժարվել է վերը նշված ցուցմունքից և, նախազգուշացված լինելով սուտ մատնության համար նախատեսված քրեական պատասխանատվության մասին, հայտնել է, որ քննիչը հարցաքննության արձանագրությունում ներառել է դեպքի հանգամանքների վերաբերյալ իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող, կեղծ տեղեկություններ: Մասնավորապես, ըստ Արման Ա.-ի, հարցաքննության ընթացքում ինքը չի հայտնել, թե, իբր, գրասենյակում տեսել է իր և ընկերների ուղղությամբ կրակոցներ արձակած Հենրիկ Բ.-ին ու Գևորգ Բ.-ին: Բացի այդ, Արման Ա.-ն նշել է, որ նույն արձանագրության երկրորդ և երրորդ էջերում առկա ստորագրություններն իր կողմից չեն կատարվել:
Այսպիսով, քննիչի կողմից առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության վերաբերյալ քրեական գործով ապացույց կեղծելու դեպքի առթիվ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 349-րդ հոդվածի 3-ին մասի 1-ին կետով:
Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
