168.am-ը գրում է, որ այս դիետան օգնում է կարճ ժամանակահատվածում ազատվել մի քանի կիլոգրամից՝ քիչ քանակով կալորիաների օգտագործման հաշվին։ Բայց քանի որ հիմնական բաղադրիչը կարտոֆիլն է, բավական երկար ժամանակ հագեցածության զգացում կունենաք։
Դիետան նախատեսված է 3 օրվա համար, որի ընթացքում կարող եք ազատվել շուրջ 5 կիլոգրամից։ Կարտոֆիլը վիտամիններ, հանքանյութեր, ինչպես նաև բջջանյութ է պարունակում, որոնք արագացնում են նյութափոխանակության պրոցեսն ու աղիների աշխատանքը։ 100 գրամ կարտոֆիլը 75 կալորիա է պարունակում։ Դիետայի ընթացքում օգտագործվում է նաև ցածր յուղայնությամբ կեֆիր, որը կարգավորում է նյութափոխանակության համակարգը, օրգանիզմից դուրս բերում ավելորդ հեղուկն ու տոքսինները և մյուս անպետք նյութերը։
