ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազն ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին խափանման միջոցի կիրառումը երաշխավորելու ցուցում է տվել

Գողության մեջ մեղադրվող, Բաքվից քաղաքական ապաստան խնդրած և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կողմից միջպետական հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող Վահան Մարտիրոսյանի` ընտանիքի հետ Հայաստանից հեռանալու դեպքից հետո ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Գևորգ Կոստանյանը նոր ցուցում է տվել դատախազներին: «Ես հանձնարակական եմ տվել դատախազներին, որ նախաքննության ընթացքում կիրառելի դարձնեն հետևյալ կանոնը. նրանք նախաքննության մարմին ներկայանալու փաստն ավելի երաշխիքային դարձնելու համար պետք է միջոցներ ձեռնարկեն առնվազն մինչև քրեական գործի քննության ավարտն այն անձանցից անձնագրերը վերցնելու և քրեական գործերին կցելու համար, որոնց նկատմամբ կիրառվել է ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին խափանման միջոցը»,- լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Գևորգ Կոստանյանը` հավելելով, որ օրենքով սահմանված պարտադիր պայման չկա, և անձնագիրը վերցնելու հարցը պետք է որոշի գործը քննող սուբյեկտը:
2015 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 17-ին, ադրբեջանական АPA գործակալությունը հայտնել էր, որ Վահան Մարտիրոսյանն իր և իր ընտանիքի անվտանգության համար հեռացել է Հայաստանից և քաղաքական ապաստան խնդրել Ադրբեջանից. սեպտեմբերի 18-ին նա ասուլիս էր տվել Բաքվում: Գողության մեջ մեղադրվող, ընտանիքի հետ Հայաստանից հեռացած և Բաքվից քաղաքական ապաստան խնդրած Վահան Մարտիրոսյանի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է միջպետական հետախուզում:
