ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանը ներդրողների համար Հայաստանը գրավիչ դարձնելը իր առաջնային խնդիրներից մեկն է համարում

Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպանության առաջնային նպատակներից մեկը լինելու է  ռուսաստանցի ներդրողների համար Հայաստանը գրավիչ դարձնելու ուղղությամբ բազմակողմանի աշխատանք տանելը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` մարտի 22-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց ՌԴ-ում Հայաստանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Վարդան Տողանյանը:

«Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի մոսկովյան այցելության շրջանակում Հայաստանի «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ունիվերսալ վարկային կազմակերպության եւ «Ուղղակի ներդրումների ռուսական ֆոնդ»-ի միջեւ ստորագրվել էր համաձայնագիր, որով ազդարարվել էր հայ-ռուսական ներդրումային ֆոնդի ստեղծումը: Այս միասնական ֆոնդով կկազմվեն նոր հետաքրքիր ներդրումային ծրագրեր ներդրողների ներգրավելու ուղղությամբ: «Ուղղակի ներդրումների ռուսական ֆոնդը» շատ խոշոր ֆոնդ է, և այն ունի մեծ միջազգային փորձ, աշխատել է բազմաթ իվ երկրների հետ»,- ասաց Տողանյանը:

Տողանյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ մոտակա օրերին Հայաստան են այցելելու ՌԴ-ում ռազմավարական  նախաձեռնությունների գործակալության «Բիզնեսի առաջնորդներ» խումբը:

«Արտյոմ Ավետիսյանի գլխավորությամբ խմբում ընդգրկված են միջին ձեռնարկությունների  շուրջ 30 գործարար: Ռազմավարական նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոնի հետ համատեղ կկայանա լիագումար նիստ: Այդ խումբը կայցելի նաև Հայաստանի տարբեր ձեռնարկություններ, ինչպես նաև կքննարկվեն ներդրումային բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր»,- ասաց դեսպանը:

Տողանյանը նշեց նաև, որ այս ուղղությամբ դեսպանությունը ակտիվ համագործակցում է ՌԴ-ում էկոնոմիկայի, գյուղատնտեսության և այլ նախարարությունների հետ:

Մարտի 10-ին ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրամանագրով ՌԴ–ում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան է նշանակվել Վարդան Տողանյանը:

Մարտի 16-ին Վարդան Տողանյանն իր հավատարմագրերը հանձնեց ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին։
