ՀՀ-ԵՄ նոր համաձայնագիրը կընդլայնի քաղաքական երկխոսությունը. համատեղ հաղորդագրություն

ԵՐԵՎԱՆ, 21 ՄԱՐՏԻ, ԱՐՄԵՆՊՐԵՍ: Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը և Եվրոպական միությունը Հայաստան-ԵՄ Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի նախաստորագրման առնչությամբ տարածել են համատեղ հաղորդագրություն: «Արմենպրես»-ն այն ներկայացնում է ամբողջությամբ.
«Մարտի 21-ին Երևանում` Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունում կայացած արարողությանը, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անունից գլխավոր բանակցող, արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Կարեն Նազարյանը և առևտրի հարցերով բանակցող, տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Գարեգին Մելքոնյանը և Եվրոպական միության անունից գլխավոր բանակցող, Արտաքին գործողությունների եվրոպական ծառայության գործադիր տնօրենի տեղակալ Լյուք Դևինը և առևտրի հարցերով բանակցող, Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովում բաժնի ղեկավար Պետրոս Սուրմելիսը նախաստորագրեցին Հայաստան-ԵՄ Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագիրը (ՀԸԳՀ):
Համաձայնագիրը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Եվրոպական միության միջև երկկողմ հարաբերությունների շրջանակն ընդլայնելու կարևոր քայլ կհանդիսանա: Այն կամրապնդի քաղաքական երկխոսությունը և ամուր հիմք կստեղծի տնտեսական և սոցիալական բարեփոխումները շարունակելու համար: Ժողովրդավարության, մարդու իրավունքների և օրենքի գերակայության նկատմամբ ամուր հանձնառությունն ընկած է նոր համաձայնագրի և Հայաստան-ԵՄ հետագա համագործակցության հիմքում: ՀԸԳՀ-ն նաև կստեղծի ավելի ամուր համագործակցություն այնպիսի ոլորտներում, ինչպիսիք են էներգետիկան, տրանսպորտ ը և շրջակա միջավայրը, նոր հնարավորություններ առևտրի և ներդրումների բնագավառում, և դյուրացված շարժունակություն՝ ի շահ քաղաքացիների:
Հայաստանի և ԵՄ-ի միջև հարաբերությունները զգալիորեն ամրապնդվել են վերջին տարիներին: ՀԸԳՀ-ն համատեղ ջանքերի արդյունք է, որն էլ ավելի կխորացնի կողմերի հարաբերությունները Եվրոպական հարևանության վերանայված քաղաքականության և Արևելյան գործընկերության շրջանակներում: ՀԸԳՀ-ն հնարավորություն կընձեռնի ԵՄ-ին և Հայաստանին իրենց հարաբերությունները որակական նոր, ավելի բարձր մակարդակի հասցնելու համար»:
