ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ն կաջակցի կրթության զարգացմանն ուղղված ՀՀ նախագծերին

ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը մարտի 19-20-ը պաշտոնական այցով գտնվել է Փարիզում: Նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը Փարիզում հանդիպել է ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի գլխավոր տնօրենի կրթության գծով տեղակալ Քիան Տանգի հետ, որին մասնակցել են Ֆրանսիայում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Վիգեն Չիտեչյանը, դեսպանության առաջին քարտուղար Օլգա Դավթանը և ԿԳ նախարարի միջազգային համագործակցության գծով խորհրդական Արայիկ Նավոյանը:Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են «ՄԱԿ-ի կայուն զարգացում 2030» օրակարգի կրթությանը վերաբերող բաղադրիչի` «Կրթություն-2030» հիմնարար փաստաթղթի շրջանակում Հայաստանի կրթության համակարգի զարգացմանն ուղղված նախաձեռնություններին ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի կողմից օժանդակության հեռանկարները: Նշվել է, որ «Կրթություն-2030» հիմնարար փաստաթղթի գործողությունների ծրագրի նպատակն է մինչև 2030 թվականն աշխարհում ունենալ հավասարապես մատչելի, ներառական, որակյալ կրթություն բոլորի համար, ներառյալ` շարունակական կրթությունը: Լևոն Մկրտչյանը ներկայացրել է Հ այաստանի կրթության ոլորտի` «Կրթություն-2030» հիմնարար փաստաթղթի գործողությունների ծրագրի նպատակներին համահունչ զարգացման առաջնահերթությունները և դրանց իրականացմանն ուղղված նախագծերը: Մասնավորապես նշվել է, որ ՀՀ Նախագահի հանձնարարությամբ վեցամսյա ժամկետում մշակվելու է բարձրագույն կրթության զարգացման ծրագիրը: Հանրակրթության ոլորտի առաջնահերթություններից ընդգծվել է հեռավար կրթության համակարգի զարգացման, տեխնոլոգիական և մաթեմատիկական կրթության ընդլայնման կարևորությունը: Քիան Տանգն իր հերթին կարևորել է նախարարի այցը` Հայաս տանի կրթության զարգացման առաջնահերթությունները և դրանց աջակցելուն ուղղված նախագծերը քննարկելու, ինչպես նաև կրթության ոլորտի հայաստանյան փորձին ծանոթանալու տեսակետից: ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի գլխավոր տնօրենի կրթության գծով տեղակալը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել օժանդակել կրթության զարգացմանն ու բարեփոխումներին ուղղված հայաստանյան նախագծերին: Մասնավորապես, պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել սեղմ ժամկետում իրականացնել ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի աջակցությամբ սկսված Հայաստանի բարձրագույն կրթության զարգացման 2017-2030թթ. ռազմավարական ծրագրի մշակումը և սերտորեն շխատել կրթության ոլորտում տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիանների` Մոսկվայում տեղակայված ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի ինստիտուտի հետ:
