Աշխարհում քիչ հայտնի մարդիկ կան, որոնք հասնելով փառքի գագաթնակետին, չեն տառապում աստղային հիվանդությամբ։ Համաշխարհային մեծության աստղերին բնորոշ է քմահաճությունը, սակայն նրանց մեջ կան նաեւ այնպիսիք, որոնք  ոչ միայն քմահաճ են, այլեւ «վտանգավոր», քանի որ ցանկացած պահի կարող են պոռթկալ։
