Հոլիվուդի աստղ եւ «Օսկար» մրցանակի դափնեկիր Պենելոպա Քրուսը «Հանցագործությունների ամերիկյան պատմություն» սերիալի նոր եթերաշրջանում խաղալու Է մոդելագործ Դոնաթելա Վերսաչեի դերը: Կինոնախագիծը նվիրվելու Է Դոնաթելայի եղբոր եւ լեգենդար նորաձեւության տան հիմնադիր Ջանի Վերսաչեի առեղծվածային սպանությանը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել Է The Hollywood Reporter հանդեսը:
Ռեժիսոր Ռայան Մերֆիի՝ տասը սերիայից բաղկացած «Վերսաչե. հանցագործությունների ամերիկյան պատմություն» ֆիլմը Էկրան կբարձրանա արդեն հաջորդ տարի: Մերֆին «Հանցագործությունների ամերիկյան պատմության» մեկ եթերաշրջան արդեն նկարահանել Է մարզիկ եւ դերասան Օ.Ջեյ Սիմփսոնի գործի մասին: Այս նախագիծն Emmy մրցանակի Է արժանացել «Լավագույն մինի-սերիալ» անվանակարգում:
Այժմ նկարահանումների փուլում Է «Քաթրին» փոթորկի հետեւանքների մասին պատմող սերիալի երկրորդ եթերաշրջանը: Երրորդ եթերաշրջանը նվիրվելու Է Վերսաչեի ընտանիքի պատմությանը, չորրորդը՝ ԱՄՆ-ի 42-րդ նախագահ Բիլ Քլինթոնի եւ Մոնիկա Լեւինսկու գործին:
1997 թվականին 50-ամյա Ջանի Վերսաչեն՝ Versace նորաձեւության տան հիմնադիրը, որը թողարկում Է հագուստ, կոսմետիկա, պարֆյումերիա, ոսկերչական իրեր եւ ինտերիերի առարկաներ, սերիական մարդասպանի կողմից գնդակահարվել Է Մայամի-Բիչում (ԱՄՆ-ի Ֆլորիդայի նահանգ) գտնվող սեփական տան շեմին: Մի քանի օր հետո հանցագործը վերջ Է տվել իր կյանքին: ԶԼՄ-ները սպանության մեջ մեղադրել են իտալական մաֆիային եւ նույնիսկ Վերսաչեի ընտանիքին:
Նորաձեության տունը դիզայներ Ջանի Վերսաչեի կողմից հիմնադրվել Է 1978 թվականին: 1997 թվականին նրա սպանությունից հետո բիզնեսը GIVI Holding ընկերության միջոցով ղեկավարում Է Վերսաչե ընտանիքը: Հիմնադրի քույրը՝ Դոնաթելան, GIVI-ի բաժնետոմսերի 20 տոկոսի սեփականատերն Է, նրա եղբորը՝ Սանտոյին, պատկանում Է 30 տոկոսը, իսկ մնացածը պատկանում Է Դոնաթելայի դստերը՝ Ալեգրային, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
