Շաբաթ՝ մարտի 18-ին, SHAMSHYAN.com-ը տեղեկություն էր հրապարակել Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանում տեղի ունեցած արտակարգ դեպքի վերաբերյալ, երբ Ազատության պողոտայի 9/3 շենքի բնակիչը նկատել էլ, որ Nissan Teana մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան կախված է ավտոտնակից ներքև։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նույն օրը դեպքի վայր ժամանած ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արթուր Մկրտչյանի գլխավորությամբ մի քանի ժամվա ընթացքում կարողացան հայտնաբերել «հերոսին», ով իր «սև գործն» անելուց հետո Mercedes մակնիշի ավտոմեքնայով հեռացել էր նշված վայրից։

Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ այդ քաղաքացին Երևան քաղաքի Ազատության պողոտայի 9/4 շենքի բնակիչ, 24-ամյա Վազգեն Հովհաննիսյանն է, ով իր արարքը պատճառաբանել է նրանով, թե այդ շենքում աղջիկ է տեսել, հավանել է և գիշերը ուշ ժամին իր կողմից վարած Mercedes մակնւշի 481 AD 61 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով եկել է նշված շենքի բակ, մի քանի ժամ բարձր երաժշտություն միացրել, որից հետո, տեսնելով, որ «իր ընտրյալը» իրեն բանի տեղ չի դնում, բարկացել ու Mercedes-ով անխելքություն է արել։
Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ հարևաններն ասում էին, թե Mercedes-ը եղել է ռուսական համարանիշներով, սակայն Արաբկիրի ոստիկանները հայտնաբերեցին իրական «թաթալաբազին», և համայնքային ոստիկանը մեկնում է նրանց հասցե, ու այստեղ «մեծն Ռոմեոն», տեսնելով, որ ոստիկանները ելել են իր հետքի վրա, այլ ելք չունենալով, ներկայանում է ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին։
