Ո՞ր դեպքում ադրբեջանական դրոշը կծածանվի Ղարաբաղում. հայկական կողմի պայմանը

AraratNews / Ադրբեջանի դրոշը կարող է ծածանվել Ստեփանակերտում միայն մի դեպքում, եթե այդ երկիրը ճանաչի Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախությունը: Այս մասին Araratnews.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Դավիթ Բաբայանը՝ հակադարձելով Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի հայտարարությանը, որ ադրբեջանական դրոշը ծածանվում է Լելե Թեփեում, այն կծածանվի նաև Շուշիում և Խանքենդիում (Ստեփանակերտ):

«Մենք Ալիեւին ասել ենք, որ ադրբեջանական դրոշը կարող է ծածանվել Արցախում, բայց Ադրբեջանի դեսպանատան վրա, որի շենքը մենք կտրամադրենք, լինի դա Ստեփանակերտում, Շուշիում թե այլ տեղ՝ կախված է բանակցություններից»,- նշեց Դավիթ Բաբայանը՝ հավելելով, որ դա կարող է տեղի ունենալ միայն այն դեպքում, երբ Ադրբեջանը ճանաչի Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախությունը:

Մեր դիտարկմանը, որ Ալիեւը, ըստ էության, սպառնում է հայկական կողմին՝ հիշեցնելով 2016 թվականի ապրիլի դեպքերը եւ ընդգծելով, որ «ցանկացած գնով կվերականգնեն իրենց տարածքային ամբողջականությունը», Բաբայանը պատասխանեց՝ եթե նորից պատերազմ լինի, ապա Ադրբեջանի դրոշը երբեք Արցախում չի ծածանվի:

«Ադրբեջանի դրոշը բազմաթիվ այլ դրոշների հետ, այդ թվում՝ բանակի, երբ Ստեփանակերտում հաղթական շքերթ կազմակերպենք, կգցենք գետնին՝ մեր ոտքերի տակ: Սա ավելի ռեալ սցենար է»,- եզրափակեց Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալը:
