Քննչական կոմիտեն Սյունիքի մարզպետի որդու խափանման միջոցը փոխելու միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել ՀՀ դատախազություն` Գորիսի «Սդղի գյոլ» կոչվող տարածքում մայիսի 2-ին տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության հետ կապված քրեական գործով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավված Սյունիքի մարզպետի որդի Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու մասին: Քննչական կոմիտեն հիմնվել է տուժող կողմի նոր ցուցմունքների հիման վրա: «Այս միջնորդության մասին ինձ զեկուցել են այսօր: Քրեական գործը վերահսկող դատախազը քննարկելու է այդ միջնորդությունը, որից հետո նա կկայացնի համապատասխան որոշում»,-լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Գևորգ Կոստանյանը:
Վերջին շրջանում ԶԼՄ-ներում շրջանառվող լուրերի համաձայն` վերոնշյալ քրեական գործով տուժող ճանաչված Հարություն Զաքարյանը նոր ցուցմունք է տվել, թե իրեն Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը ծեծի չի ենթարկել:
Ավելի վաղ`սեպտեմբերի 16-ին, քննիչը Սյունիքի մարզպետ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանիորդու՝ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի կալանավորման ժամկետը երկարաձգելու մասին դիմում էր ներկայացրել Արաբկիր Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջաններիընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, որը բավարարվել էր:
Արաբկիր Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը հուլիսի 27-ին Սյունիքի մարզպետ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանի որդու՝ ՏիգրանԽաչատրյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրեց կալանավորումը. նրա նկատմամբ սահմանվել է երկամսյա կալանք: Բացի այդ` դատարանը մերժել էր գրավի դիմաց Տիգրան Խաչատրյանին ազատ արձակելու նրա փաստաբանների ներկայացրած միջնորդությունը:
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով հուլիսի 27-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվելհուլիսի 25-ին ձերբակալված Տիգրան Խաչատրյանին:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռնարկված քննչական և դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ ՏիգրանԽաչատրյանը Գորիսի «Սդղի գյոլ» կոչվող տարածքում մայիսի 2-ին տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ բռնություն է գործադրել Հարություն Զաքարյանի նկա տմամբ` վերջինիս առողջությանը պատճառելով ծանր մարմնական վնաս:
Ապացույցների համակցությամբ` Տիգրան Խաչատրյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նույն օրը քննիչըմիջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան` նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ:
