Սերժ Սարգսյանը ներկա է գտնվել Երևանի նոր ՋԷԿ-ի հիմնարկեքի արարողությանը

ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը մարտի 20-ին ներկա է գտնվել մայրաքաղաքի Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանում՝ Երևանի ՋԷԿ-ի հարակից տարածքում, նոր ՋԷԿ-ի կառուցման հիմնարկեքի արարողությանը, որին մասնակցել են փոխվարչապետ, միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման և բարեփոխումների նախարար Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը, էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարար Աշոտ Մանուկյանը, «Ռենկո» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն, «Արմփաուեր» ընկերության նախագահ Ջովաննի Ռուբինին, ՀՀ-ում Իտալիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ջովաննի Ռիչուլլին, բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար այլ անձինք:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, «Ռենկո» ընկերության կողմից Երևանի ՋԷԿ-ի համակցված շոգեգազային ցիկլով էներգաբլոկը (էլէկտրակայանը) պատասխանատուների և մասնագետների հավաստմամբ, նախագծվել է ամենաժամանակակից և որակյալ սարքավորումների ու գիտական փորձի ներդրմամբ, որը երաշխավորում է կայանի բարձր արդյունավետությունն ու անվտանգությունը: Միջոցառման մասնակիցները կայանի կառուցումը կարևոր քայլ են համարել հաջորդ տսնամյակներում Երևանի բնակիչների էներգետիկ ապահովության և բարեկեցության համար:
Նոր ջերմաէլեկտրակայանի հիմնարկեքի արարողության շրջանակում նախարար Աշոտ Մանուկյանը և «Ռենկո» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ջովաննի Ռուբինին ստորագրել են համատեղ հուշաթերթ, որը պարկուճի մեջ դրել են կառուցվող ՋԷԿ-ի հիմքում:
Ջերմաէլեկտրակայանի կառուցման ծրագիրը նախատեսում է մոտ 250ՄՎտ հզորությամբ և մինչև 53 % ընդհանուր ՕԳԳ-ով համակցված ցիկլով գազային էլեկտրակայանի նախագծում, զարգացում, ֆինանսավորում, շինարարություն, շահագործում և տեխնի կական սպասարկում: Պատասխանատուների հավաստմամբ, ներդրումները կկազմեն շուրջ 285 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար: Շինարարական աշխատանքները կտևեն 26 ամիս և կավարտվեն 2019 թվականի երկրորդ կեսին: Միայն շինարարության ընթացքում կստեղծվի 900 ժամանակավոր աշխատատեղ, իսկ շահագործման հանձնելուց հետո` շուրջ 200 մշտական և բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատատեղ: Նոր ջերմաէլեկտրակայանի շահագործման և տեխսպասարկման գործունեության տևողությունը 20 տարի է:
Ոլորտի պատասխանատուները նշել են, որ 2019 թվականին կավարտվեն Հայաստան-Իրան 400 կՎ երկշղթա երրորդ և Հայաստան-Վրաստան 400 կՎ նոր բար ձրավոլտ էլեկտրահաղորդման գծերի շինարարական աշխատանքները, և նկատի առնելով, որ 2019 թվականին ծրագրվում է ավարտել նաև այս նոր էներգաբլոկի շինարարությունը՝ այն հնարավորություն կտա Հայաստանին ապահովել հարևան երկրներ էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարման հուսալիությունն ու անխափանությունը և դառնալ տարածաշրջանի էլեկտրաէներգետիկական շուկայի կարևոր մասնակից:
