ԱԻ նախարարը հանձնարարել է արդիականացնել Գեղարքունիքի և Տավուշի մարզերի փրկարարական սպառազինությունը

ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանն աշխատանքային շրջայցով եղավ Գեղարքունիքի և Տավուշի Մարզերում:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից, Գեղարքունիքի մարզում նախարարն այցելեց Սևան և Ճամբարակ քաղաքային համայնքների հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատները, ինչպես նաև՝ ԱԻՆ հատուկ ջրափրկարարական ջոկատ: Դ. Տոնոյանը ծանոթացավ հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատների շենքային պայմաններին ու տեխնիկական զինվածությանը, զրուցեց անձնակազմի հետ ընթացիկ աշխատանքների և առկա խնդիրների վերաբերյալ: Դ. Տոնոյանը մի շարք հանձնարարականներ տվեց Փրկարար ծառայության տնօրեն փ/ծ գնդապետ Մ. Ղազարյանին և Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության պետ փ/ծ գնդապետ Է. Գալստյանին՝ կարգադրելով բարելավել փրկարարների համազգեստի որակը, որպեսզի այն լինի առավել հարմարավետ աշխատանքի համար և դիմացկուն: Անդրադառնալով Հատուկ ջրափրկարարական ջոկատի տեխնիկական հագեցվածությանը՝ նախարարը հանձնարարեց արդիականացնել ջրի տակ աշխատանքներ իրականցնելու համար նախատեսված սարքավորումները՝ ջրափրկարարների աշխատանքն ավելի դյուրին և արդյունավետ դարձնելու նպատակով:
ԱԻ նախարարի աշխատանքային շրջայցի հաջորդ կայանը Տավուշի մարզն էր: Դ. Տոնոյանը եղավ Իջևան քաղաքի մարզային փրկարարական վարչությունում, Դիլիջան և Բերդ քաղաքների հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատներում: Տեղի անձնակազմի հետ քննարկելով առկա խնդիիրները՝ նախարարը Տավուշի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության պետ փ/ծ գնդապետ Ա. Հովակիմյանին հանձնարարեց արդիականացնել հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատների գույքն ու տեխնիկական հագեցվածությունը՝ կիրառելով շվեյցարական գործընկերների կողմից տրամադրված սարքավորումները:
Նախարար Տոնոյանի մարզային այցելության վերջին կայանը Ազատամուտ և Ներքին Կարմիրաղբյուր սահմանամերձ գյուղերն էին: Դ. Տոնոյանն այցելեց գյուղերում տեղակայված ԱԻՆ հենակետերը: Նախարարը ծանոթացավ գնդի տեխնիկական սպառազինությանն ու հենակետերի շենքային պայմաններին՝ տալով մի շարք հանձնարարականներ, մասնավորապես՝ Դ. Տոնոյանը կարգադրեց հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել փրկարարների ֆիզիկական և մասնագիտական պատրաստվածությանը՝ նշելով, որ մարդկային կյանքերի փրկության հարցում այն առաջնային գործոններից է:
Մարզային այցելությունների ընթացքում ԱԻ նախարարը հետևեց ընտրատեղամասերում տեխնիկական սպասարկում իրականացնող մասնագետների պատրաստման դասընթացներին, որոնց մասնակցում են ԱԻՆ աշխատակիցները: Դ. Տոնոյանը նաև հանդիպել է Բերդի և Սևանի քաղաքապետերի ու երկու մարզերի համայնքային ղեկավարների հետ: Հանդիպումների ընթացքոււմ քնարկվել է համայնքներում աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման հիմնախնդիրը՝ ԱՌՆ ոլորտին առնչվող կետը համայնքային բյուջեում ներառելու միջոցով:
