Ձվի սպիտակուցն ու դեղնուցը առանձնացնել, դեղնուցներին 3 ճ.գդալ շաքարավազ ավելացնել, հարել 5 րոպե` մինչև զանգվածը սպիտակի, ավելացնել կոնյակի կեսը, մասկարպոնեն, խառնել: Ձվի սպիտակուցներին մի պտղ. աղ անել, հարել, 1 ճ.գդ. շաքարավազ ավելացնել, հարել` մինչև կայուն փրփուր ստացվի, սա էլ լցնել մասկարպոնեի և դեղնուցների վրա, խառնել: Սավոյարդիի չորաբլիթները կամ բիսկվիթի չորացած շերտերը թրջել սուրճի և կոնյակի խառնուրդի մեջ, շարել ապակե կաղապարի մեջ: Շարքը լրացնելուց հետո` վրան տարածել կրեմի կեսը, հարթեցնել, կակաո շաղ տալ: Այս ամենը մեկ անգամ էլ կրկնել` առանց երեսին կակաո շաղ տալու: Տիրամիսուի վրա սննդային թաղանթ քաշել, առնվազն 4 ժամով դնել սառնարանը, որպեսզի այն ամրանա: Մատուցելիս երեսին առատորեն կակաո շաղ տալ:
