Արամայիս Գրիգորյանի անօրինականության պատճառով Բնապահպանության նախարարությունը պարտվեց դատարանում

Բնապահպանության նախկին նախարար, ներկայումս Արարատի մարզպետ Արամայիս Գրիգորյանը` մինչև նախարարի պաշտոնից ազատվելը, ստիպողաբար աշխատանքից հեռացրել էր Արարատի մարզի բնապահպանության տեսչության պետ Աշոտ Բաբախանյանին:
Նախկին նախարարը սա արել էր անօրինական: Բաբախանյանին սպառնալիքների տակ ստիպել էին հրաժարականի դիմում գրել, ինչն էլ աշխատակցին նախարարության դեմ դատական հայց ներկայացնելու պատճառ էր հանդիսացել:
Աշոտ Բաբախանյանը NewsBook-ին պատմեց, որ նախ գրել էր հրաժարականի դիմումը, հետո փոշմանել: Այնուհետև երկրորդ դիմումն էր գրել` խնդրելով չեղարկել ազատման դիմումը:
«Դիմումս չվերցրին: Ինձ պահեցին միջանցքում մինչև կեսօր, որից հետո նոր վերցրին դիմումս: Ես ստիպեցի, որ գրանցեն, քանի որ չէին գրանցում: Ու այդ հիմքի վրա ազատեցին աշխատանքից»,- պատմեց Բաբախանյանը:
Վերջինս աշխատանքից ազատվելուց հետո հայց է ներկայացրել ընդդեմ Բնապահպանության նախարարության:
Երեկ դատարանը վճիռ է կայացրել հօգոտ Աշոտ Բաբախանյանին: Եվ նա այժմ սպասում է նախարարության արձագանքին:
«Դատարանը երեկ կարդաց վճիռը, որ դատը շահել ենք: Հիմա սպասում ենք նախարարության արձագանքին: Իրենք մեկ ամիս ժամանակ ունեն վճիռը բողոքարկելու: Իրենք բավական տուժում են, քանի որ պետք է վճարեն իմ չաշխատած հինգ ամիսների համար»,- ասաց Բաբախանյանը:
Նշենք, որ Աշոտ Բաբախանյանի փոխարեն Արամայիս Գրիգորյանն Արարատի մարզի բնապահպանության տեսչութան պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար է նշանակել իր եղբոր փեսային: Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն իր պաշտոնը ստանձնելուց հետո հենց կառավարության առաջին նիստին դեմ արտահայտվեց բարեկամական կապերով պայմանավորվող նշանակումներին: Բայց, ինչպես տեսնում եք, Կարապետյանի հայտարարություններին նրա եթակաները առանձնապես կարևորություն չեն տալիս, լուրջ չեն ընդունում և շարունակում են ապրել ու աշխատել այն սկզբունքներով, որով առաջնորդվել են մինչև Կարեն Կարապետյանը:
