Նավթի «միրաժային» գները

Գարնան սկզբից նավթի գները հետաքրքիր դինամիկա են ցուցաբերում: Վերջին օրերի ընթացքում Brent նավթի գինը 56-ից նվազել է՝ հասնելով 52,14 դոլարի:
Եթե նախորդ տարեվերջին OPEC-ը որոշում էր կայացրել 1,2 մլն բարելով կրճատել նավթի արդյունահանումը, ապա ներկայումս քննարկվում է ծավալների կրճատման համաձայնագիրը չերկարաձգելու հարցը:
Այդ մասին է վկայում նաև այն, որ հունվարի 1-ից ուժի մեջ մտած համաձայնագիրը թերևս ոչ մեկ չի պատրաստվում կյանքի կոչել և կրճատել արդյունահանվող նավթի ծավալները: Այսինքն՝ ներկա պահի դրությամբ նավթի առաջարկի ծավալները լրջորեն գերազանցում են պահանջարկին:
ԱՄՆ-ն էլ իր հերթին կարծես թե որդեգրել է նավթի արդյունահանման ծավալները ավելացնելու քաղաքականություն, ինչի մասին ավելի վաղ խոսում էր վերջիններիս նոր նախագահը: Բացի դրանից՝ վերջին ամիսների ընթացքում թերթաքարային նավթի հորատանցքերից արտադրողականությունը միջինը 50 տոկոսով աճել է, որն ավելացնում է նավթի արդյունահանման ծավալները:
Նավթի առաջարկի ծավալները չի նվազեցնում նաև Սաուդյան Արաբիան, իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է Իրանին, ապա վերջինս շարունակում է շուկան մատակարարել էժան նավթով:
Այս պայմաններում դժվար է կանխատեսել՝ արդյոք կբարձրանան նավթի գները, թե՞ իրավիճակը կստանա հակառակ էֆեկտ:
