Ինչպես հայտնում է Past.am- ը, Ծառուկյան դաշինքի առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն այսօր նախընտրական հանդիպումներ ունեցավ Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչների հետ: Ըստ պաշտոնական տվյալների՝ իշխող կուսաակցոությունը և գործող նախագահը մշտապես պարտություն են կրել այս մարզում: Շիրակցիները նաև անվստահություն են հայտնել իշխանության կողմից առաջարկած սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին:

Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի առաջին հանդիպումն Արթիկում էր: Այստեղ նրան անակնկալ մատուցեցին երեխաները՝ արտասանելով և ներկայացնելով պարային համարներ: Ծառուկյանը նշեց, որ դաշինքի ծրագրային 15 կետերն անձամբ ինքն է գրել՝ խորհրդակցելով տնտեսագետների և այլ ոլորտների մասնագետների հետ: «Նայեք՝ աշխարհում բանկերի ավանդները 3-5% էին, ճգնաժամի շրջանում՝ 0.6-.08, իսկ Հայաստանում 12 % է:

Պետք է բյուջեի գումարները նպատակային ծախսվեն, բանկային ոլորտը կարգավորվի, իսկ ավանդների տոկոսները նվազեցվեն»։ Հաջորդիվ նա այցելեց Գյումրի: Գյումրեցիներն աղավնիներ թռցրեցին՝ ի պատիվ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի:

ԲՀԿ նախագահն անդրադարձավ աղքատության բարձր ցուցանիշներին, բանկային բարձր տոկսներին և այլ հարցերին:

«Ունենք 650 հազար ընտանիք, ունենք 1 միլիոն 400 հազար վարկառու, ամեն տնից 2-3 հոգի։ Մինչև այստեղ հասնելը, 10 տեղ գյուղերում մարդիկ ճանապարհները փակել էին, ասում էին՝ պարոն Ծառուկյան, փրկիր։ Ես պատրաստ եմ փրկելու, ուղղություն էլ գիտեմ, ճանապարհն էլ գիտեմ, ցանկությունն էլ ունեմ։ Ես պարտք ունեմ ձեզ տալու, ոչ թե բարեգործություն, այլ պայման ստեղծել , համակարգ փոխել, օրենք փոխել»,- հայտարարեց նա։
