Հայ-ռուսական ներդրումային հիմնադրամին ռուսական կողմն առաջին փուլում կհատկացնի 50 մլն դոլար: Կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այդ մասին ասաց ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման ու ներդրումների նախարար Սուրեն Կարայանը: «Առաջին փուլում առնվազն 50 միլիոն դոլար իրենց կողմից կտրամադրվի և համարժեք գումարներ նաև մեր կողմից: Այդ միջոցներն անընդհատ, կախված ներդրումային ծրագրերից, կարող են ավելանալ», - «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց Կարայանը:
Հարցին՝ ի՞նչ տեղեկություններ ռուս գործարարներց, ովքեր, սատարելով վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանին, խոստացել էին ներդրումներ անել Հայաստանում, ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման ու ներդրումների նախարարը հորդորեց մի փոքր էլ սպասել: «Որ մի փոքր էլ սպասեք, մինչև մարտի վերջ իրենք գալու են ու հայտարարություն կանեն», - նշեց նա:
Սուրեն Կարայանի խոսքով՝ Ֆրանսիա կատարած վերջին այցի ընթացքում 2-3 կազմակերպություն էլ է ցանկություն հայտնել ներդրումներ անել Հայաստանում։ «Մոտ ժամանակներս այց են կատարելու Հայաստան, որ ներդրումներ իրականացնեն՝ հիմնականում դեղագործական, սննդի արդյունաբերության ոլորտում»: Կարայանն ավելացրեց, որ օտարերկրյա ներդրողներին Հայաստանը հետաքրքրում է, քանի որ նրանք հնարավորություն են ունենում մուտք գործել մեծ շուկաներ: «Դա Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության շուկան է, որի անդամն ենք մենք, դա այն արտոնյալ ռեժիմներն են, որից մենք օգտվում ենք, դա Եվրամիության հետ GSP+ ազատականացված ռեժիմն է», - նկատեց նա՝ հավելելով, որ այս տարի առնվազն 850 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրում է իրականացվելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում։
«Այդ ներդումներն արդեն իսկ իրականացվում են, ու մենք եռամսյակը մեկ հանրային հաշվետվություն կներկայացնենք», - ասաց նախարարը: Միաժամանակ, նա հույս հայտնեց, որ Մեղրիի ազատ տնտեսական գոտու շինաշխատանքները կսկսվեն մոտակա երկու կամ երեք ամիսների ընթացքում:
ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարար Սուրեն Կարայանի և ՌԴ արդյունաբերության և առևտրի նախարար Դենիս Մանտուրովի միջև մարտի 3-ին ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների արդյունքում Ուղղակի ներդրումների ռուսական հիմնադրամը և Հայաստանի «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ունիվերսալ վարկային կազմակերպությունը մարտին 14-ին համաձայնագիր էին ստորագրել՝ ստեղծելու հայ-ռուսական ներդրումային հիմնադրամ։
