«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Ինչպես տեղեկացրել ենք, մինչ օրս ՀԾԿՀ-ն չի սահմանել արեւային էլեկտրակայանների արտադրած էլեկտրաէներգիայի գնման սակագինը: Երեկ Երեւանում մեկնարկած «Էներգետիկան հանուն կայուն զարգացման» եռօրյա միջազգային 6-րդ ֆորումին մասնակցող էնեգետիկայի եւ բնական պաշարների փոխնախարար Հայկ Հարությունյանից հետաքրքրվեցինք՝ ՀԾԿՀ-ն սահմանե՞լ է այդ սակագինը:
Փոխնախարարը պատասխանեց, որ նման սակագին սահմանված չէ, որովհետեւ եթե ցածր սակագին սահմանվի, ապա այն գրավիչ չի լինի ներդրողների համար: Այսպիսի տրամաբանությունն իսկապես սպանում է, քանի որ պոտենցիալ ներդրողին վանելու ամենակարճ ճանապարհն է:
Հարությունյանն ասում է, որ մյուս տարի հայտարարվելու է արեւային էլեկտրակայան կառուցելու մրցույթ, եւ այն ընկերությունը, որը կներկայացնի ավելի ընդունելի գին, նրան էլ կտրվի նման կայան կառուցելու հնարավորություն: Սա նույնպես հակատնտեսագիտական է. թող ՀԾԿՀ-ն սահմանի գնման սակագին, եւ ով հարմար կգտնի՝ թող նա էլ կառուցի նման կայան, ի վերջո՝ կարող են լինել մի քանի ընկերություններ, որոնք կցանկանան նման կայան կառուցել:
