«ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Լոռու մարզում ՀՀԿ տարածքային ցուցակով առաջադրված Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը չի կարողանում փողով մրցել իր կուսակից Կարեն Կարապետյանի եւ Արկադի Համբարձումյանի՝ Դերժավայի Արկադի հետ։ Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանի վերջին հույսը մնացել են մարզի քրեական հեղինակությունները։
Մի քանի օր առաջ Վանաձորում հնչած աղմկոտ կրակոցների գործով հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում կալանավորումներ են եղել, որի պարագլխին՝ քրեական հեղինակություն համարվող «Նեգր» մականունով հեղինակությանը Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանի անմիջական ցուցումով եւ ջանքերով է հնարավոր եղել ազատ արձակել նախնական կալանքից։
Վերջինս արդեն լծվել է Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանի շտաբային աշխատանքներին։ Պարզվում է, որ նրան ազատելու համար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը դիմել է Քննչական կոմիտեի ղեկավար Աղվան Հովսեփյանին, ում հետ վաղեմի կապեր ունի։ Նա տարիներ ի վեր ԱԺ-ում ընտրվել է հենց Աղվան Հովսեփյանի շնորհիվ եւ «քվոտայով»։ Հենց Աղվան Հովսեփյանն էլ վերաորակել է «Նեգրի» կատարած հանցանքը եւ նրան հնարավոր է եղել ազատ արձակել»:
