Ստեղծվում է հայ-ռուսական ներդրումային հիմնադրամ

ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարար Սուրեն Կարայանի և ՌԴ արդյունաբերության և առևտրի նախարար Դենիս Մանտուրովի միջև մարտի 3-ին ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների արդյունքում Ուղղակի ներդրումների ռուսական հիմնադրամը և Հայաստանի «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ունիվերսալ վարկային կազմակերպությունը մարտին 14-ին համաձայնագիր են ստորագրել՝ ստեղծելու հայ-ռուսկան ներդրումային հիմնադրամ։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Կողմերը մտադիր են մշակել ներդրումային գրավչություն ունեցող ծրագրեր` նպաստելով երկու երկրների միջև առևտրատնտեսական և ներդրումային համագործակցության խորացմանը և Հայաստանի` Եվրասիական տնտեսական տարածքում ինտեգրմանը: Համապատասխան համաձայնագիրը ստորագրվել է ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի Ռուսաստան կատարած այցի շրջանակներում:
Ուղղակի ներդրումների ռուսական հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Կիրիլ Դմիտրևն իր խոսքում նշել է. «Մենք ուրախ ենք ողջունել ԱՊՀ երկրներից մեր առաջին համաներդրող միջազգային գործընկերոջը։ Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի կարևոր առևտրատնտեսական գործընկերն է, այդ թվում՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ում։ Ստեղծվելիք հիմնադրամը կնպաստի մեր երկրների տնտեսության հետագա զարգացմանը տարբեր նախագծերի իրականացման շնորհիվ այնպիսի գերակա ոլորտներում, ինչպիսիք են գյուղատնտեսությունը, արդյունաբերական արտադրությունը, տրանսպորտային, լոգիստիկ ենթակառուցվածքները»:
«Ուրախ ենք համագործակցել Ուղղակի ներդրումների ռուսական հիմնադրամի հետ, որի միջազգային փորձը ներդրումային փոխգործակցության ոլորտում հայ-ռուսական համատեղ ծրագրերի արդյունավետության բարձրացման տեսանկյունից շատ կարևոր է։ Վստահ ենք, որ մեր համատեղ ներդրումները կխթանեն Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի տնտեսության հետագա ինտեգրումը, առևտրաշրջանառության աճը և երկու երկրներ բարիդրացիական հարաբերությունների ամրապնդումը»,- նշել է «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ՈՒՎԿ ՓԲԸ գործադիր տնօրեն Արթուր Բադալյանը։
