Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի իրավախախտումների հայտնաբերման ու վարչական վարույթների իրականացման վարչությունում նախապատրաստված նյութերով հարկերից խուսափելու դեպքերի քննության ընթացքում բացահայտվել է պետական տուրքի առանձնապես խոշոր չափի յուրացման փորձ:
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։
Իրավախախտումների հայտնաբերման ու վարչական վարույթների իրականացման վարչության պետ Սամվել Սինանյանի տեղեկացմամբ՝ հետաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ ավիափոխադրումներ իրականացրած «Էյր Արմենիա» ՓԲ ընկերությունը 2014-2016թթ. ընթացքում գանձել է ավիատոմսի արժեքի մեջ մտնող ֆիզիկական անձանց ելքի համար պետական բյուջե վճարման ենթակա պետտուրքի գումարները, սակայն, խախտելով ՀՀ կառավարության որոշման պահանջները, 3 բանկային օրվա ընթացքում դրանք չի վճարել պետական բյուջե, այլ յուրացրել է` պետությանը պատճառելով առանձնապես խոշոր չափի՝ 683 միլիոն 723 հազար ՀՀ դրամի վնաս, որը տույժերով կազմել է 1 միլիարդ 486 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ:
Առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով յուրացում կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով, հարուցվել է քրեական գործ և ուղարկվել ՊԵԿ քննչական վարչություն՝ նախաքննություն կատարելու համար:
ՊԵԿ-ից նաև հայտնում, են, որ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի իրավախախտումների հայտնաբերման ու վարչական վարույթների իրականացման վարչությունում 2015-ի համեմատ՝ 2016 թվականի ընթացքում և 2017-ի հունվար-փետրվար ամիսներին զգալի աճել է իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ՊԵԿ տարբեր ստորաբաժանումներից ստացված փաստաթղթաշրջանառության ծավալը:
«Եթե 2015 թվականին ստացվել է 1080 փաստաթուղթ, ապա 2016-ին՝ արդեն շուրջ 2000»,-տեղեկացրել է ՊԵԿ իրավախախտումների հայտնաբերման ու վարչական վարույթների իրականացման վարչության պետ Սամվել Սինանյանը:
