«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է.
«Երեկ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը լրատվամիջոցներից մեկի հարցմանն ի պատասխան՝ պաշտոնական գրությամբ տեղեկացրել է, որ անորակ դիզվառելիքի պատճառով ռազմական տեխնիկայի խափանումներ, ներառյալ 2016 թվականին չեն արձանագրվել:
Ասել է, թե ՀՀԿ ցուցակը գլխավորող Վիգեն Սարգսյանի ղեկավարած գերատեսչությունը հերքել է վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի՝ վերջերս ԱԺ ամբիոնից արած հայտարարությունը, թե ապրիլյան պատերազմի օրերին տեխնիկան չի աշխատել անորակ վառելանյութի պատճառով: Հատկանշական է, որ վարչապետն իր այս հայտարարությունը կրկնել էր նաեւ նախօրեին՝ Ավանում նախընտրական հանդիպման ժամանակ:
«Այո՛, Հայաստանում նախկինում մուտք էր գործում անորակ, նույնիսկ ոչ թե դիզվառելիք, այլ վառելիք: Այն դիզվառելիքի հետ խառնվելու դեպքում տեխնիկան չէր աշխատեցնում»: ՊՆ հերքումը հաջորդել էր այդ հայտարարությանը: Երեկ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի դիտարկմանը, թե ՊՆ-ն հերքում է իր հայտարարությունները, Կարեն Կարապետյանն ասաց. «Դե, հերքում են, դուք էլ նայեք իմ պատասխանը»:
