Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը մարտի 14-ին հրավիրել է աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն շրջվարչակազմերի ղեկավարների և կառավարության այլ պատասխանատուների մասնակցությամբ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարության աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, վարչապետը հետաքրքրվել է գարնանացան աշխատանքների ընթացքով, մասնավորապես, դաշտերում տիրող իրավիճակի, սերմերի, պարարտանյութերի ու թունաքիմիկատների համար ներկայացված հայտերի, ինչպես նաև՝ տրակտորների և սարքավորումների բավարար քանակի մասին:

Շրջվարչակազմերի ղեկավարներն առանձին-առանձին զեկուցել են շրջաններում իրականացվող հերկի ու ցանքսի աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ՝ ընդգծելով, որ առանձնապես խանգարող հանգամանքներ չկան: Նրանք ներկայացրել են ինչպես գարնանացան մշակաբույսերի, այնպես էլ բանջարաբոստանային կուլտուրաների ցանման, դաշտերում հատկապես մկնանման կրծողների դեմ պայքարին ուղղված միջոցառումները:

Գործադիր իշխանության ղեկավարը բավարար է գնահատել իրականացվող աշխատանքների ընթացքը և հորդորել է  հետևողական լինել, որպեսզի ժամանակին ու կազմակեպված ձևով շարունակվեն բոլոր միջոցառումները: Հարությունյանը հանձնարարել է շրջվարչակազմերի ղեկավարներին պլանավորել նաև 2017թ.-ի աշնանացան աշխատանքները և տեղերում կանոնակարգել մշակաբույսերի ցանքսի բազմազանությունը և անհրաժեշտ համամասնությունը:

Հանդիպման ժամանակ կառավարության ղեկավարը նշել է, որ շրջաններում շուտով կստեղծվեն «Արցախուղի» ՓԲԸ առանձին ստորաբաժանումներ, որոնք կունենան իրավական կարգավիճակ և կգործեն շրջանային վարչակազմերի ենթակայության տակ: «Տարիներ ի վեր միջհամայնքային ճանապարհների բարեկարգման ու պահպանման հարցը բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ է առաջացրել, քանի որ համակարգման ու արագ արձագանքման խնդիր կար: Այսօր արդեն որոշում ենք կայացրել յուրաքանչյուր շրջանի համար ստեղծել հնարավորություններ՝  միջհամայնքային ճանապարհների կանոնավոր սպասարկման ու դր անց բարեկարգ վիճակի ապահովման համար»,- ասել է վարչապետը:

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև վարչակազմերի գործառույթներին առնչվող այլ հարցեր:
