«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Կիրակի օրը Արմավիրի մարզի Ջրառատ գյուղում «ՕՐՕ» դաշինքի հանդիպման ժամանակ միջադեպին մասնակցած ՀՀ փոխոստիկանապետ Լևոն Երանոսյանի եղբայրը՝ Լեռնիկ Երանոսյանը, փակ գանգուղեղային վնասվածքով տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց, իսկ «ՕՐՕ»–ի 6 անդամները գիշերն անցկացրել էին ոստիկանությունում:
Որոշ տեղեկություններով՝ հենց Լեռնիկ Երանոսյանն է ատրճանակն ուղղել «ՕՐՕ–ի» կողմնակցի վրա: «Լեռնիկ Երանոսյանը պետք է պատասխան տար դեռ ամռանը Սարի թաղի դեպքերի ժամանակ, երբ խաղաղ բողոք արտահայտող քաղաքացիների վրա նռնակ էր նետում, ոչ թե պաշտոնանկությամբ պրծներ»,– «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց «ՕՐՕ» դաշինքի շտաբի պետ Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը՝ հավելելով. «Հարց է ծագում, որտեղի՞ց այդ զենքը Լեռնիկ Երանոսյանին. երկու ճանապարհ կա. կա՛մ օրինական զենք է, էդ դեպում ո՞վ է թույլ տվել, որ զենք վերցնի աշխատանքից ազատվելուց հետո, կա՛մ անօրինական զենք է, այդ դեպքում պետք է օրենքի առաջ պատասխան տա»:
«ՕՐՕ» շտաբի ղեկավարը կասկածներ ունի, որ Լեռնիկ Երանոսյանին հիվանդանոց են տեղափոխել ոստիկանություն չտեղափոխելու համար: «Քրգործից փրկելու համար են Երանոսյանին հիվանդանոց տեղափոխել, թե՝ ոչ, չեմ կարող ասել, բայց գնահատականս խիստ բացասական է, որովհետև իշխանությունները միանշանակ հակաօրինական քայլեր են իրականացնում: Դեպքին նախորդել էր գյուղապետերի արգելանքը գյուղացիներին, որ չմասնակցեն մեր քարոզչական հանդիպմանը»,– ասաց Մարտիրոսյանը:
Նշենք, որ դեպքի առթիվ ՔԾ–ում քրգործ չի հարուցվել: Լեռնիկ Երանոսյանը Ոստիկանության զորքերի շտաբի օպերատիվ բաժնի պետի տեղակալի պաշտոնից ազատվեց այն բանից հետո, երբ մամուլում տարածվեցին լուսանկարներ, թե ինչպես է անձամբ նռնակ նետում խաղաղ ցուցարարների ուղղությամբ:
