ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների՝ տարածաշրջանային այցերով պայմանավորված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության  կարգավորման գործընթացում մեծ ակնկալիքներ պետք չէ ունենալ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Դավիթ Բաբայանը: «Այս փուլում կարգավորման գործընթացում դրական տեղաշարժ ակնկալելը ճիշտ չէ , որովհետև Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է իր ահաբեկչական գործողությունները, իր ապակառուցողական քաղաքականությունը»,-ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:

Կարևորելով համանախագահների այցը տարածաշրջան` Դավիթ Բաբայանը նշեց, որ այն հետաքրքիր է լինելու, որովհետև երեք համանախագահներից երկուսը նոր են: «Որևէ բեկում պետք չէ ակնկալել: Այս այցելությունն ավելի շատ ճանաչողական բնույթ է կրելու: Պետք է այցելեն Հայաստան, Արցախ, մենք իհարկե, ներկայացնելու ենք Ադրբեջանի կողմից խախտումները վկայող փաստերը, ապացույցները: Դա միշտ է արվում տարբեր խողովակներով: Փետրվարի 24-26-ը տեղի ունեցած գործողությունների վերաբերյալ ապացույցները, գնահատականները ներկայացվել են նաև ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի մշտական ներկա յացուցիչ դեսպան Անջեյ Կասպրշիկին: Այնպես, որ այս գործընթացը շարունակվում է»,-ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը: Նա նշեց, որ համանախագահների հետ հանդիպմանը խոսվում է տարբեր հարցերի շուրջ` կապված տարածաշրջանի իրավիճակի, առկա խախտումների հետ: Արցախը ևս մեկ անգամ հատուկ շեշտը դնելու է հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումների հետաքննության մեխանիզմի ներդրման հարցի վրա:  

Անդրադառնալով սահմանային իրավիճակին` Դավիթ Բաբայանը նշեց, որ այս փետրվարի 13-ի գիշերը համեմատաբար հանգիստ է եղել, գրանցվել են միջին քանակությամբ խախտումներ:

ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը հայտարարել է, որ մարտի 27-ին ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները կայցելեն Հայաստան, կլինեն նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում: Նրանք կփորձեն առաջ մղել կարգավորման գործընթացը:
