Հայաստանի և Լիբանանի ԱԳ նախարարներն ուղերձներ են փոխանակել դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների 25 ամյակի առթիվ

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը և Լիբանանի արտաքին գործերի և էմիգրանտների նախարար Ջբրան Բասիլը ուղերձներ փոխանակեցին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Լիբանանի Հանրապետության միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-ամյակի կապակցությամբ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տ եղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:
Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն իր ուղերձում նշում է, որ աշխարհում քիչ են այնպիսի երկրները, որոնք այնքան բազմաթիվ թելերով են կապված, որքան Հայաստանը և Լիբանանը: Մեր բարեկամությունը խարսխված է պատմական խոր առնչությունների, մշակութային հինավուրց կապերի և այն ջերմության վրա, որ երկու ժողովուրդներն ավանդաբար տածում են միմյանց հանդեպ: Նախարար Նալբանդյանն ընդգծում է, որ լիբանանահայ հոծ համայնքը այդ կապերի ամրապնդման և դինամիկ զարգացման կարևորագույն գրավականներից մեկն է:
Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարը շեշտում է, որ այս ամուր հիմքերի վրա քառորդ դար առաջ ձևավորվեցին և զարգացան մեր երկրների միջպետական հարաբերությունները, որոնք առանձնանում են փոխվստահությամբ ու միմյանց նկատմամբ խոր հարգանքով: Նախարար Նալբանդյանը հավելում է, որ այսօր, հավանաբար, չկա այնպիսի ոլորտ, որը ներառված չլինի հայ-լիբանանյան համագործակցության լայն դաշտում:
Մեծապես կարևորելով մեր երկրների միջև ձևավորված ավանդական ջերմ հարաբերությունները՝ Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը վստահություն է հայտնում, որ համատեղ ուժերով կկարողանանք նպաստել բազմաշերտ փոխգործակցության առավել սերտացմանը և խորացմանը:
Ջբրան Բասիլ ն իր ուղերձում նշում է, որ անցած քսանհինգ տարիներին, չնայած համաշխարհային քաղաքականությունն ականատես եղավ բազմաթիվ փոփոխությունների, Լիբանանի և Հայաստանի բարեկամական համագործակցային հարաբերություններն առավել ամրապնդվեցին և սերտացան՝ մեր երկրների կենսական շահերին առնչվող խնդիրների շուրջ փոխադարձ աջակցությամբ և տարբեր ոլորտներում սերտ համագործակցության ակտիվացմամբ։ Նախարար Բասիլն ընդգծում է, որ մեր երկու երկրների հարաբերությունները պահպանում են համապարփակ զարգացման դրական ընթացքը, որով լիբանանյան կողմը միանգամայն բավարարված է։
Լիբանանի արտգործնախարարը շեշտում է, որ 2017 թվականը ոչ միայն հնարավորություն է՝ տոնելու այս կարևոր հանգրվանը և մեր ձեռքբերումները, այլև լավ առիթ է՝ ուրվագծելու և առավել խթանելու մեր երկկողմ հարաբերությունները և համագործակցությունը։
Նախարար Բասիլն իր ուղերձում վերահաստատում է Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերություններն ավելի ու ավելի ամրապնդելու Լիբանանի կառավարության հանձնառությունը։
