Խոնավ վարսերով քնելու հետևանքով կարող են առաջանալ առողջական հետևյալ 7 խնդիրները. բացառիկ բացահայտում

Խոնավ վարսերով քնելը վնասակար է: Բոլորն էլ գիտեն, որ նման դեպքերում մարդը կարող է մրսել ու հիվանդանալ, սակայն քչերը գիտեն, որ խոնավ վարսերը կարող են դառնալ նաև շատ այլ հիվանդությունների պատճառ:

Ձեր ուշադրությանն ենք նրկայացնում առողջական 7 լուրջ խնդիր, որոնք կարող են պայմանավորված լինել այս սովորությամբ:

 

1.    Գլխամաշկի բորբոքում

Խոնավ վարսերը կարող են դառնալ գլխամաշկի բորբոքման ու քորի պատճառ: Բացի այդ, այս սովորությունը վնասում է նաև վարսերը:

2.    Գլխացավեր

Քնի ժամանակ մարմնի ջերմաստիճանը բարձրանում է և խոնավ սրբիչը ջերմաստիճանների տարբերության հետևանքով կարող է առաջացնել գլխացավ:

3.    Փխրուն վարսեր

Այս սովորությունը շատ վնասակար է նաև վարսերի առողջության համար, քանի որ դրա հետևանքով մազերը դառնում են փխրուն և սկսում են ճյուղավորվել:

4.    Վարակներ

Բարձերը կլանում են քրտինքն ու մաշկի մահացած բջիջները՝ դառնալով բակտերիաների բազմացման հիանալի վայր: Խոնավ վարսերը ստեղծում են հրաշալի միջավայր բակտերիաների բազմացման համար: Ընդ որում՝ դրանք բազմանում են ոչ միայն բարձր վրա, այլև գլխամաշկին:

5.    Ուժեղ քոր

Խոնավությունը, քրտինքն ու բակտերիաները կարող են դառնալ ուժեղ քորի պատճառ:

6.    Մկանային ցավեր

Ջերմաստիճանի կտրուկ տատանումները կարող են առաջացնել ոչ միայն մկանային ցավեր, այլև հանգեցնել լուրջ ջղաձգումների և նույնիսկ դիմանյարդի կաթվածի (Բելլի կաթված), ինչը վերջին հաշվով կարող է դառնալ ամբողջ մարմնի կաթվածի և նույնիսկ մահվան պատճառ:

7.    Թեփ

Խոնավ գլխամաշկը կարող է խանգարել գլխի ճարպագեղձերի նորմալ աշխատանքին, ինչի հետևանքով դրանք կսկսեն արտազատել ավելի շատ կամ ավելի քիչ ճարպ: Այս ամենի հետևանքով խանգարվում է գլխամաշկի բնական рН բալանսը, ինչը հանգեցնում է թեփի առաջացմանն ու վարսերի յուղոտությանը:

Հարկ է հիշել, որ առողջական լուրջ խնդիրների կամ ուժեղ ցավերի դեպքում խորհուրդ է տրվում դիմել բժշկի օգնությանը, քանի որ ինքնաբուժությունը կարող է խիստ վնասակար լինել առողջության համար:
