Ռուսաստանը թույլ չի տա, որ որևէ մեկը Հայաստանի վրա հարձակվի: Երևանում ընթացող «Վալդայ» միջազգային բանավեճի ակումբի արտագնա նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման գծով Դարտմուտի կոնֆերանսի համանախագահ, Ռուսաստանի ռազմավարական և քաղաքական հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի տնօրեն Վիտալի Նաումկինը՝ խոսելով Ռուսաստանի կողմից Ադրբեջանին վաճառվող սպառազինության մասին: 

«Սա շատ սուր հարց է, որն անհասկանալի է մեր հայ ընկերների համր: Մենք ապրում ենք հետխորհրդային տարածքում, որտեղ Ռուսաստանի ստրատեգիական գիծը կայանում է այս տարածաշրջանի բոլոր պետությունների հետ ընկերական հարաբերություններ պահպանելու մեջ», - նշեց Վիտալի Նաումկինը: 

Վերջինս նաև ասաց, որ բացառված, որ Ռուսաստանը ձեռնարկի այնպիսի քայլեր, որոնք կարող են վնասել Հայաստանին: «Զենքի շուկայում այսօր կարելի է ցանկացած սպառազինություն գնել: Այո՛, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հետ Ռուսաստանն ունի ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցություն, բայց վաճառքն այսօր հանդիսանում է զսպող գործոն, որպեսզի զենքը չկիրառվի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Հայաստանի դեմ», - ասաց նա։

Վիտալի Նաումկինը նաև նշեց, որ բոլոր պետություններն ազատ քաղաքականություն են վարում զենքի շուկայում: «Որևէ մեկը չի կարող այսօր հերքել, որ Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի անվտանգության և էներգակիրների մատակարարն է: Ռուսաստանը երբեք թույլ չի տա, որ Հայաստանին վնաս հասցվի, որ որևէ մեկը հարձակվի Հայաստանի վրա: Ով էլ հարձակվի ՀՀ վրա, Ռուսաստանը կպաշտպանի»,- շեշտեց Նաումկինը:
