Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ բանակցություններ չեն ընթանում, որովհետև Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի դեմ լուրջ հարված հասցվեց ապրիլյան ագրեսիայով: 

Այս մասին այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը՝ խոսելով Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Էլմար Մամեդյարովի այն հայտարարության մասին, թե ԼՂ հիմնահարցի կարգավորման շուրջ բանակցությունները կասեցվել են ՀՀ պատճառով: 

«Բանակցային գործընթացը հետ մղվեց: Հենց այդ պատճառով է, որ Հայաստանը և Մինսկի խմբի եռանախագահները քայլեր ձեռնարկեցին ու շարունակում են ջանքերը՝ ուղղված համապատասխան պայմանների ստեղծմանը, որպեսզի բանակցային գործընթացը հնարավոր լինի առաջ մղել: Դրան էին ուղղված գագաթաժողովները, որոնք անցկացվեցին Վիեննայում ու Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում, պայմանավորվածությունները, որոնք ձեռքբերվեցին դրանց ժամանակ: Հայտնի է, որ միջազգային հանրությունը, ՄԽ եռանախագահները, Հայաստանը խոսում են մեկ լեզվով, իսկ Ադրբեջանը՝ այլ: Հենց Ադրբեջանն է հրաժարվում կատարել այն պայմանավորվածությունները, որոնք ձեռքբերվեցին Վիեննայում, ապա՝ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում»,- ասաց Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը:

ՀՀ արտգործնախարարը միաժամանակ նշեց, թե բանակցություններին այլընտրանք չկա: «Սա է պատճառը, որ եռանախագահները Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի հետ փորձում են հնարավոր ջանքեր գործադրել, որպեսզի առաջ մղեն բանակցային գործընթացը: ՄԽ եռանախագահները այցելեցին Բաքու, մարտի 27-ին այցելելու են Հայաստան, մեկնելու են Ղարաբաղ… Պետք է փորձենք գործընթացը շարժել առաջ, բայց պետք է բացառվեն իրադարձությունները, ինչպիսին տեղի ունեցան նախորդ տարվա ապրիլին: Բանակցային գործընթացի համար պետք է բարենպաստ պայմաններ ստեղծվեն»,- նշեց ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը:
