Հայաստանն ու Մադագասկարը խորացնում են համագործակցությունը մշակութային ոլորտում

Հայաստանի և Մադագասկարի կառավարությունների միջև կստորագրվի մշակութային համագործակցության մասին համաձայնագիր: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, համաձայնագրին հավանություն տալու մասին հարցն ընդգրկված է կառավարության հոկտեմբերի 1-ի նիստի օրակարգում:

Հիմնավորման համաձայն՝ երկկողմ համագործակցությունը պետական մակար­դակով խրախուսող և խթանող որևէ այլ միջազգային համաձայնագիր մինչ օրս չի ստորագրվել: «Հետևաբար, սույն համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը հիմք կստեղծի մշակութային համագործակցության հետագա զարգացման համար, խթան կհանդիսանա անհատ կատա­րողների և արվեստագետների փոխայցելությունների, թատերական, գեղար­վեստա­կան և ժողովրդական խմբերի փոխանակումների համար:

Համաձայնագիրը կնպաստի թանգարանների, գրադարանների և արխիվ­ների միջև ուղիղ կապերի հաստատմանը, մշակութային ժառանգության պահպա­նության ոլորտի փորձագետների միջև տեղեկատվության փոխանակմանը:

Համաձայնագիրը հնարավորություն կընձեռի մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման խնդիրներով զբաղվող մասնագետներիմասնակցությանը երկուստեք կազմակերպվող սեմինարներին և սիմպոզիումներին:

Համաձայնագիրը կնպաստի նաև երկու երկրների երիտասարդական ու սպորտային կազմակերպությունների համագործակցությանը,պետական և հասա­րակական կազմակերպությունների միջև ուղիղ կապեր հաստատմանը»,- ասված է հիմնավորման մեջ:

Ելնելով վերոգրյալից` ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարությունը նպատակահարմար է համարում «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության ևՄադագասկարի Հանրապետության կառավարության միջև մշակութային համագործակցության մա­սին» համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը:

ՀՀ-ի և Մադագասկարի միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունները հաստատվել են 1993 թ. հունիսի 25-ին՝ «ՀՀ և ՄՀ միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ հաստատելու վերաբերյալ» ար­ձանագրության հիման վրա:
