«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր, ՀՀԿ ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգով առաջադրված թեկնածու Արտակ Սարգսյանը՝ ՍԱՍ-ի Արտակը, հայտարարագրել է իր ունեցվածքը: Ըստ այդմ, նա անցած տարվա ընթացքում 6 մլն դրամով վաճառել է «Mercedes Benz S 350» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան: Իսկ դրամական միջոցները կազմել են 1 մլրդ 3 մլն 412 հազար 550 դրամ եւ 119 հազար 300 դոլար:
Որպես եկամուտ հայտարարագրել է իր աշխատավարձը, որը ամսական կազմել է 530 հազար դրամ, վարձակալության դիմաց ստացած 1 մլն 80 հազար դրամը, ստացած փոխառությունները, վարկերը՝ մոտ 1 մլն 880 հազար դրամը, 13 հազար 515 դոլարը եւ 1012 եվրոն: Իսկ ահա նրա տնային տնտեսուհի տիկինը՝ Էլվինա Սարգսյանը, հայտարարագրել է, որ ունի մոտ 1 մլն 980 հազար դրամ եւ 388 հազար 865 դոլար: Որպես եկամուտ նա հայտարարագրել է ստացած փոխառությունները՝ 1 մլն 2 հազար դրամ եւ 2065 եվրո»:
