Հաճախ մարդիկ փչացնում են իրենց հարաբերությունները՝ դրա համար պատճառներ փնտրելով։ Ответ на всё կայքը գրում է, որ ըստ հոգեբանների՝ գոյություն ունի 6 երևույթ, որոնք կարող են վերջնականապես փչացնել հարաբերությունները։

1.      Մի մտածեք այն մասին, որ ձեր հարաբերությունները հավերժ չեն։

Եթե սկսեք հարաբերություններն այն մտքերով, որ դրանք վաղ թե ուշ ավարտվելու են, ապա հենց այդպես էլ կլինի։ Եթե շատ մտածեք այդ մասին, ապա կսկսեք այնպես անել, որ ամեն բան ձեր մտածածի պես ստացվի, իսկ վերջում պարզապես կբաժանվեք։

2.      Դադարեք խաղեր խաղալ։

Եթե զայրացած, վիրավորված կամ նեղված եք ու ձեր զուգընկերը հարցնում է, թե ինչ է պատահել, ապա պետք չէ նրան կոպիտ պատասխանել կամ ասել, որ ոչինչ չի պատահել։ Բացասական տոնը հեռացրեք ձեր հարաբերություններից ու փորձեք պարզապես խոսել նրա հետ։

3.      Դադարեք մտածել, որ միայն սերը հերիք է։

Այն զույգերը, որոնք բազմաթիվ դժվարությունների ու երջանիկ պահերի միջով են անցնում, ավելի լավ են միմյանց հասկանում։ Բացի սիրուց, նրանք տարբեր այլ զգացմունքներ են ունենում, օրինակ՝ ընկերություն, համակրանք, ուրախություն, հարգանք, ներդաշնակություն, հագեցվածություն և այլն։

4.      Դադարեք խանդել։

Եթե ձեր զուգընկերն արժանի չէ վստահության, ապա ինչու՞ եք դեռ նրա կողքին։ Եթե նա դավաճանել է ձեզ կամ իրեն չվստահելու որևէ առիթ է տվել, ապա նախ համոզվեք, որ այդպիսի իրավիճակն էլ չի կրկնվի և սկսեք կրկին վստահել նրան։ Իսկ , եթե դուք առիթ չեք տվել և ձեզ խանդում են, ապա հեռացեք նրանից, քանի որ դա դադարում է սեր լինել ու դառնում է սեփականատիրություն։ Առողջ հարաբերությունները պետք է վստահության վրա կառուցված լինեն։

5.      Մի բավարարվեք ավելի քչով, քան ցանկանում եք։

Հարաբերությունները կազմված են ուժերի հավասարության վրա։ Զույգից յուրաքանչյուրն ունի այնպիսի ուժեղ կողմեր, որոնք չունի մյուսը։ Երբ հանդիպում եք մեկի հետ, ով չի համապատասխանում ձեր ցանկություններին, պարզապես համակերպվում եք դրա հետ, սակայն, իրականում առողջ հարաբերությունները պետք է լցված լինեն փոխադարձ համակրանքով, սիրով ու հարգանքով։

6.      Մի մտածեք, որ ձեզ ուրիշ մեկն է պետք երջանիկ լինելու համար։

Դադարեք սպասել ու սկսեք ապրել։ Որևէ հետաքրքիր գործով զբաղվեք, նոր մարդկանց հետ ծանոթացեք, կատարելագործվեք աշխատանքի մեջ, զբաղվեք ձեր մարմնի զարգացմամբ, սկսեք առողջ սնվել, երջանիկ եղեք։ Այն մարդը, ում փնտրում եք, չի ցանկանում իր կողքին տխուր ու դժբախտ մարդու տեսնել։ Հենց ինքնուրույն դառնաք ու սկսեք ինքներդ հոգ տանել ձեր մասին՝ կգրավեք այն մարդկանց, ովքեր կարող են սիրել ձեզ։
