Կենդանասերները հասան նրան, որ գայլին խոշտանգողը պատասխանատվության ենթարկվի

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վահան գյուղի բնակչի կողմից գայլի նկատմամբ դաժան վերաբերմունքը պատկերող տեսանյութի հիման վրա Գեղարքունիքի դատախազությունը քրեական գործ է հարուցել Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ օրենսգրքի 92 հոդվածով: Բնակչի զանցանքն ապացուցվել է: Այդ մասին Past.am-ին տեղեկացրեց «Մենք պատասխանատու ենք նրանց համար, ում ընտելացրել ենք» կազմակերպության նախագահ Լալա Պողոսյանը:
Վերջինս պատմեց, որ երբ համացանցում հայտնվեց տեսանյութը, թե ինչպես է Վահան գյուղում բնակիչներից մեկը դաժան բռնության ենթարկում գայլին, կենդանասերները դիմեցին ոստիկանություն՝ ահազանգելով կենդանու նկատմամբ դաժան վերաբերմունքի մասին, ինչը պատժվում է օրենքով: Լալա Պողոսյանի խոսքով՝ ոստիկանները չէին ընդունել դիմումը՝ պատճառաբանելով, թե գյուղացին պարզապես պաշտպանվել է կենդանուց: Սակայն կենդանասերները ստորագրահավաք էին կազմակերպել և մոտ 100 ստորագրությամբ դիմում էր ուղարկել Գլխավոր դատախազություն:
Այժմ Գեղարքունիքի դատախազությունը քրեական գործ է հարուցել և պարզել, որ 2014 դեկտեմբերի 27-ին Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վահան գյուղի թիվ 1 փողոցում կենդանու նկատմամբ դաժան վերաբերմունքը կատարել է նույն գյուղի բնակիչ Բախշի Մայիսի Գաբրիելյանը, ով արարքը կատարելու պահին հանդիսացել է ՀՀ ՊՆ պայմանագրային զինծառայող:
Դատախազությունը կենդանասերներին ուղարկել է պատասխան նամակ և տեղեկացրել, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերով հիմնավորվել է, որ Գաբրիելյանը կատարել է զանցանք, որը նախատեսված է Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ օրենսգրքի 92 հոդվածով: Վարչական իրավախախտման նյութերն ըստ ենթակայության ուղարկվել է ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության աշխատակազմի Գեղարքունիքի բնապահպանության պետական տեսչության բաժին` Գաբրիելյանին վարչական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար:
