Ավելի քան քսան օր է, ինչ Սեւանա լիճն ամբողջովին պատված է սառույցի հաստ շերտով:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի գյուղատնտեսության եւ բնապահպանության վարչության պետ Համբարձում Համբարձումյանը, թեեւ Գեղարքունիքում մարտի 4-ից ցերեկային ժամերին գրանցվում է տաք ջերմաստիճան, սկսվել է ձյան հալոցքի շրջանը, սակայն լճի վրա գոյացած սառույցի շերտը չի հալվում կամ ջարդվում:
«Սեւանը սառցե կապանքներից կարող է ազատվել կամ տաք եւ ուժեղ քամիների ազդեցությամբ, կամ ավելի արագ հալոցքի եւ առատ անձրեւների պայմաններում: Սակայն առայժմ մարզում եղանակը հանդարտ է, առանց տեղումների, ինչը նշանակում է, որ գուցե օրեր կամ շաբաթներ դեռեւս լճի սառցակալած վիճակը պահպանվի»,- պատմեց վարչության պետը: Գեղարքունիքի մարզի թռչունների խնամակալ, «Սեւան» ազգային պարկի պահպանության բաժնի տեսուչ Արտակ Սարգսյանի տեղեկացմամբ՝ Սեւանա լճի սառցակալման հետեւանքով ուշանում է նաեւ Սեւանում բնադրող թռչունների գարնանային չուն: « ;Մեր դիտարկումները ցույց են տալիս, որ գարնանը Սեւանում բնադրող թռչնատեսակները չեն երեւում: Հավանաբար, նրանք հեռացած կլինեն Հայաստանի լճաճահճային մոտիկ այլ տարածքներ, քանի որ այս օրերին Սեւանա լճում բնադրելու, կեր հայթայթելու համապատասխան տարածք չունեն»,-նշեց Արտակ Սարգսյանը:
