«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.

«ԱԺ ընտրություններին ՀՀԿ‐ի ռեյտինգային ցուցակով թիվ 4 ընտրատարածքում պատգամավորության թեկնածու առաջադրված Հակոբ Բեգլարյանը, որը կապի եւ տրանսպորտի նախկին նախաար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանի եղբայրն է, պատկառելի կարողության տեր է: Հակոբ Բեգլարյանն այժմ զբաղեցնում է ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալի պաշտոնը:

Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով ներկայարած հայտարարագրի համաձայն՝ նա ունի 2 բնակարան, բազմաբնակարան շենքի ոչ բնակելի 4 հատ տարածք, 2 հողամաս եւ հողին ամրակայված 1 անշարժ գույք:

Հակոբ Բեգլարյանը երկու շարժական գույք էլ ունի՝ 1 BMW X5 եւ 1 LEXUS LS 460 տեսակի ավտոմեքենա: Նրա 2016 թվական հայտարարագրի ուսումնասիրությունից, որը ներկայացրել է վերջերս, պարզ է դառնում, որ Հակոբ Բեգլարյանը նախորդ տարի 18 միլիոն դրամ արժողությամբ մի ընկերությունում բաժնետոմս է գնել: Հարկային տարվա սկզբին նա ունեցել է 80 հազար 500 դոլար, 70 հազար 500 եվրո եւ ավելի քան 31 միլիոն դրամ, որոնք տարվա վերջում դարձել են 100 հազար դոլար, 72 հազար եվրո եւ 35 միլիոն դրամ:

Նախորդ տարի Հակոբ Բեգլարյանի ընդհանուր եկամուտը կազմել է 18 միլիոն 683 հազար դրամ, որը գոյացել է հետեւյալ կերպ՝ վարձակալության դիմաց ստացած վճարումներից՝ 9.2 միլիոն դրամ, աշխաանքի դիմաց ստացած վարձատրությունից՝ 5.4 միլիոն դրամ: Նա 4 միլիոն դրամ էլ այլ աղբյուրից է եկամուտ ստացել:

Հակոբ Բեգլարյանի կինը՝ Լուսինե Ալեքսանյանը, նախորդ տարի 6.4 միլիոն դրամ եկամուտ է ստացել, որից ընդամենը 1 միլիոնն է գոյացել աշխատավարձից, մնացածը՝ վարձակալության դիմաց ստացած վճարումներին են: Լուսինե Ալեքսանյանի դրամական միջոցներն էլ հետեւյալ տեսքն ունեն՝ 18 միլիոն դրամ, 5.5 հազար դոլար եւ 5.4 հազար եվրո:

Պատգամավորի թեկնածուի դուստրը՝ Ֆենյա Հակոբյանը, նախորդ տարի 13 միլիոն դրամով AUDI A4 տեսակի ավտոմեքենա է գնել, երբ նրա տարեկան աշխատավարձը կազմել է 2.6 միլիոն դրամ: Միայն մի դեպքում Ֆենյա Հակոբյանը սեփական քրտինքով նման մեքենա կկարողանար գնել, եթե հավաքեր իր մոտ 5 տարվա աշխատավարձը»:
